Not safe!! Identity theft occurred after I inputted my social security #
Identity theft occurred with my social security number, on the dark web, several weeks after I signed up & inputted my social security information onto this app. I can’t say for sure if it indeed was this app that was not secure, or whoever has access to that information once it’s inputted into the app, that’s iffy, but something like this has never happened to me before, & inputting my social security number information into this app, is the only thing that was out of the ordinary for me, in all my 20 plus years of working & applying for credit. So, if it feels “iffy,” - it probably is. So, just be aware.Show lessMro929
My Safety Net
Adia has become my safety net. I have been working with Adia for close to a year now and I thought I would never say this about any Gig type App but here it goes “I love it!!!!!” I’ve tried other gig type Apps in the past to my disappointment but Adia is truly different. For one your payment is always on time(for me every Wednesday). For two if there is any issue with your payment it is quickly resolved by Adia reps. Third I have never went without work with good pay and last but not least I use this App in multiple states. So as a young single man who likes to travel a lot I use this app to finance my travels. Audia was a great way to earn money however I get paid less than expected. I worked a full week that said I would be getting paid 500 instead I got paid 300 I don’t know what the extra fees are they don’t tell you and they take for ever to back to you because they never pick up the phone.
I decided to give them another try . I did forget to clock out so I called to fix it no answer . Then when they do they said the store let me off early which was not true and I also have a witness I worked with the whole day to prove it .
Now they won’t pay for my full days of work.
On other work apps they let you know the fees they take out so you know exactly what is what
You won’t get that on this app and you get paid a whole week later if you get paid.

I can’t say enough good things about Adia. During the worst part of COVID Adia gave me the opportunity to be able to work from home and take care of my family. The application process was fairly easy and quick. Once in board I was able to book gigs right away. The employees are very helpful and friendly, especially Grace. I’ve been using this app for close to a year and I love it..There is not a time when I wanted to earn extra money and Adia did not have a job for me to work. Would give 5 stars but…
I am not going to lie Adia brings lot of gigs to my table and pays well, it’s really helpful but on the other hand nobody answers the support number even when your a gold status member and should be put first in line. I waited 2 hours in the rain thinking they would pick up but nobody from their end even reached out to me . I WISH I READ THE REVIEWS FIRST
I worked my first gig on this app and I wait to see was it legit before picking up another. I never received my payment I have reached out in every way possible from emails, phone call and text. I have called more than 30times and left my information for them to call back still nothing also have spoke with a few others who said they have not received a payment either .there is no option to chat with an agent and there support team is terrible I would never work or recommend this app to anyone else.Show lesscreshw
Never Paid me for my shift
This app is terrible. I worked a 7 hour shift at a hotel downtown and never got paid. First they tried to say I didn’t work the whole 7 hours and was going to pay me $5. Then they changed it back to 7 hours. When Friday came I didn’t get paid. I’ve been calling and emailing for weeks now. It’s been almost a month and I have yet to hear anything about MY money that I WORKED for! Bottom line!!! I’m disgusted at this point and will be taking legal action soon since I have yet to receive my money.Show lessKris Artis

My first day using Adia app went very well. the app made it very easy to schedule a gig at my choice and it also gave great details about gig that I picked to work.
