As we grow and expand to new markets, we are bringing on more Community Support Reps that will be able to answer any questions and help with support calls. Why does a friend need to verify who I am?
If you guys need that rather useless step, then maybe you shouldn’t do the entire hiring process to begin with and just partner up with employers like Indeed and LinkedIn and post job ads only.
Update: they STILL haven’t responded to my multiple requests on why they have this policy in place.
That’s fine. This app will probably end up as a flop anyway. With customer service like this, it will be a dud.
