Avoid if at all possible
A total hassle and too time consuming. They require a copy of your plane ticket, passport, a selfie, the receipt, a PHOTO of your PURCHASE. In the future, unless the vendor has an item(s) I "can not live without", I will only shop at stores using Global Blue or one of the more common tax refund companiessjmuntzing
