Too much work.
This app takes too much time and requires too much information and too many details for the tax refund. In the future when traveling abroad, we will be sure to shop where the vendors work with Global Blue for our tax refunds. They usually post a sticker in the shop window.sjmuntzing

Obtaining VAT refunds is a nightmare and totally confusing so I always let it go and lose the money. Not anymore with this app! What a great system, totally streamlined and easy to do on your phone.
