  • I can’t log in

    My exercise physiologist added a new workout and now I can’t log in.
    I’ve logged out, restarted my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app, and still get the same error.
    The error listed is: “Request retry failed with retry error: Response could not be serialized, input data was nil or zero length., original error: Response could not be serialized, input data was nil or zero length.”

  • Changed physio

    I changed my physio and and I only have access to my old programs.
  • Videos are painful to watch

    There are videos for each workout, which are supposed to show you how to do the exercise. But the first 20 seconds just show someone sat/lay doing nothing. Then you see one tiny clip of someone doing the exercise and the video finishes.
    This is the same on every single exercise. Why not just make a video showing you how to do the exercise a few times in a row. And cut out the 20 seconds of absolute nothingness prior to that?
    Gave 2 stars as the app does work as expected. Improve the videos and the app would be really useful

  • Multiple Practices Failure

    I had an existing Telehab program with my previous Physio, and cannot access my current program with a different Physio practice. It keeps reverting to my old program. I lodged a support request and have not been contacted. When it’s working, this app is great, unfortunately, that’s not the case for me at the moment, and the lack of support is disappointing.

  • Fair

    Videos do work just take 5-6 seconds to loaf app is quite straightforward but very simple
  • Good but a couple of things that could be better

    Love the app and makes it so easy to do my exercises.

    Two things the app could do better.
    1 Allow me to set when I am reminded to do my exercises so I can fit it in to my schedule.
    2 On the show summary screen allow me to choose to also see when I have missed sessions. This would give me much more motivation to exercise more often.

  • Instruction videos not loading

    Try to submit feedback via app and that fails also!? The vids were working a week ago but I’ve now been set new exercises and they just say”the video for this exercise could not be loaded. Would you like to try again” - does it on every video now
  • Logging in issues, slow app, painful to use

    Title says it all. Physio sent their program through this. There’s no reason why. It’s a useless app.

    Stopped working and no response from the help email.
  • Cool concept but buggy and unreliable

    I’ve been using TeleHab on my iPad regularly (3 times per week) for a couple months now. It’s a great concept and super helpful with my physio exercises. But the app is pretty buggy — I estimate around 20% of the time it fails to login at the beginning, or fails to save my session at the end (triggering error messages in both cases). For failed logins usually I can get it to work if I try again a few times, but for the session saving problem there doesn’t seem to be any workaround so the entire session is lost.
