Won’t even let me sign in….

I type in my ID and password and the page loads and then refreshes itself. It’s a constant cycle of refreshing and won’t even let me access the app. I know I entered everything in correctly because I purposely entered my information wrong and it told me that it was wrong and to try again.

Schedule Not Working

I used to love this app when it worked and showed me my schedule. For some reason now, I’m able to login in, but I cannot see my schedule at all. The app says “schedule is not available at this time.” I’ve deleted the app and logged off and reinstalled it, but it still doesn’t work. It’s frustrating.

So slow

This app is pretty useless for anything that I need. It takes forever to load and get into the schedule and to even look at any of the days I’m scheduled to see who else is with me. I also can’t see the other days to possibly switch with someone. I can log into the scheduler and have it all done through there by the time this one even loads up. They keep giving us “improvements” with technology that only make us more inefficient.

Slow

This app is ok. Extremely slow. Takes too long to load. Each selection made within the app is slow to load. The app doesn’t allow for all hospital employees to access their schedules. Seems to be only nursing staff.

Constantly crashes and signs out

This app is unstable, crashes, logs you out. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it several times and my phone is up to date but it still doesn’t work well. Not sure if This just a lack of developer support but it sure doesn’t give HCA a better image of quality

Slow

Just started using this app as we’ve switched to online scheduling. It’s extremely slow and takes multiple minutes to load. So tired of starting at the rotating hour glass that says “loading”. This it’s a complicated app and should download much faster. Also it’s a bit buggy and has randomly crashed a few time. Lots of room for improvement here

Needs More

This app has only been okay.. when it wants to work. Constant network error, doesn’t load, or will show the calendar but can’t click on your day.

Also, you can only see the days you are scheduled to work. It would be SO helpful to have access to view each day of the week, and to see what shift everyone works that day to make it easier to swap shifts (If needed). Instead I still have to go to the scheduler to see whom I can switch with and vice versa.

Slow

There has been several times I am unable to view my schedule due to error message reading “Schedule unavailable at this time”. Loading times in the app have been very slow lately as well. Not sure if app needs updating or what.

Love this!!!

I love this app!! I love the access this gives me to my schedule and my information. I now can see who I’m working with and can track my career.

Something is off

I downloaded the app and was able to see my schedule. I totally loved it.......Then I updated the app and the schedule went away. I have been unable to get my schedule to load since I updated the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a few time. Still no luck 😞
