Nice but seems to hate Apple Pay

The app is ok until you try to use Apple Pay to place your order then it stops working. It’s very frustrating!!!

A little wonky in payment process

The app works fine until it’s time to pay. Couldn’t use my loyalty balance, couldn’t use Apple Pay. The app would only let me check out if I used a credit card. Also, no more ability to add a tip. They did add a packaging fee to the order which I hope goes to the individual that packages the order. But who knows as there was no description of what that was for.

Love 110 but the app not so much

110 is my comfort place, we usually eat here 2-3 times a month! However, i find that i always have to call to order ahead of time because the app rarely works for me. It will always say there is an error during the payment. It would also be very helpful if we could just add our credits to our order without having to “load” a separate value into the store credit. Again, love this restaurant!! But app could use some work!

Cooked perfectly.

We love the 110 Grille in Millburry the girl at the bar is always knowledgeable and friendly. Our burgers are amazing.

Clunky at Best

110 Grills have a high degree of affinity with their fans (typically those with food allergies in their family). it’s great that people like the restaurants, but it should not translate to such a high score for the app. The app leaves much to be desired, and the only way it’s going to improve is if users give an honest assessment of the apps functionality. Issues I have include: - 110 wants my geo location, but their request doesn’t make clear if it is only while I use the app or all the time. - Making a reservation is laborious. Users must enter first name, last name, phone #, email address with each reservation. Why? I’m logged in. 110 already has all of that info and should use it to automate the reservation process. - When users make a reservation in the 110 app, it does not automatically tie your points club # to your reservation. As a result, users must still remember to give their club # to their waiter. - Points from recent meals were not added to my account.

A Celiac’s Delight

So many delicious culinary options all made in a GF kitchen. It’s so comforting to know this restaurant and it’s staff all know what they are doing to accommodate dietary needs.

Convenient

Restaurant right down the street from my house

Great food at a reasonable price.

100 Grill has become my favorite restaurant in the area. They have pleasant waitstaff and really consistently good food.
