Loading time
I’ve signed in and it’s worked once before however, I’ve tried on multiple occasions and I cannot get past the loading screen. I’ve been told I’ve been sent the flight details and I cannot even view them until I’ve gotten through to the app itself. Unfortunately I’ve been stuck at the loading Home Screen for a while and have paid my money already so we will see how it plays out. Not optimistic.Show lessMiles-BC
Barely works
I login and with my email and it sends me the code. I put in the code and I’m stuck watching it load forever. I can’t go any further. How can I do the passport verification on the app if the app doesn’t work at all?mmayof

Signed up 3 years before my actual flight and they ended up giving me the wrong date. Thanks.ShawnKesh
Can’t even log in
When you try to log in with a log in code it always says that it’s invalid. It’s not that hard to code in a log in like this.Moral ideology
Same issues as most
I created a new account and it won’t link to my trip. It seems like this is a reoccurring problem. What else can be done to help resolve this issue?TLex007

No option to sign in with fb
Created my account with Facebook, so I don't have a password. I figure, "hey I'll click forgot my password, it'll send me a link to reset it and then I'll be good to go!" But no, because when I click that it just sends me a one time code that I can't use on the app! There's no way that I can see for me to either log in nor change/create a password so I can do the first. GarbageShow lessRitaHartnell
Followed instructions and still can’t get the app to work
Followed the developer instructions to create a new account and then log into my application... I got into the app but the application won’t accept my email and password to allow me to link my app with my trip!Ahava J.
How do I sign in?
I signed up as a new user with all my birthright credentials (same email, password, name, dob, phone number etc) as mentioned in previous responses and it just tells me that the user already exists, but when I go to sign up as an existing use it tells me my info is incorrect and I’m not sure how to access my account.Show lessNataly Kuinova
