Horrible Customer Service - UPDATE
App isn’t working with the new iOS 13 update and customer service hasn’t answered my emails. I paid a buttload for the premiere version, the least you could do is reply to your users.

Broken since the iOS13 update
Useful app (when it worked).
I preferred the old version, with the videos more easily accessible, but this version maintains all the info from the original. It is just a little more clunky.
Unfortunately, it stopped working after the iOS 13 update, and now just hangs at a blank white screen.kiroboto
V2 Not Working
This app was amazing, but the new update is not. After it loads, I get a white screen and nothing more. I have emailed support about this (over a week prior to writing this review) and have heard nothing back. Please fix the app.Alowishious Bridges
Please Fix - Broke with last update!
App Broke with the last iPhone udate. After this update, when I open the app I just get a blank screen. Please release an update to fix. I rely on my app in student clinic every week. Thank you.Jostamper

Ever since I updated my iphone to IOS 13 a few days ago, the app will NOT OPEN. It just keeps spinning on a blank white page. Can you please look into this issue? I use the app daily and have been inconvienced by this issue. I have tried uninstalling it ans reinstalling it. Thank youSTR1971
