Last May I paid £43 to upgrade to the pro version - which is a one off payment. Yesterday it suddenly said I needed to upgrade to pro again and shut me out of the features I’d paid for. I eventually found a email address to contact. Still no response. I wouldn’t pay the money is my advice.drewpdraws

Paid for a digital membership. Been using and loving it for 3-4 years. Suddenly without warning, I no longer have access. I tried to upgrade and pay again, but just get an error message. I purchased this app only to have it stop working. While using it, it logged me out and then locked me out. Repeated emails to the “support” team are being ignored. There is no other way to contact anyone for help. Once they get paid, they ignore you. Don’t waste your money.Curiosity wins

I have had this app for nearly ten years. I love the videos with the Chinese pronunciation. It is easy to use and with great information. I refer to it a great deal. When I had to up date it the technical support were very quick to reply and helpful in guiding me through it. Definitely worth to purchase.Show lessNewton28282
Font size doesn’t work
I tried to increase the font size in iPad but the function does not work. Please fix the bug or advice how to make the font larger to read.
Honestly, the only reason I purchase this application is my school uses it for teaching. This application is inflexible and poorly designed.superlongdick

Why can’t I access all information
I purchase this, but it will only let me access the Lung Meridian. It says that I have not license. I’m a student in the USA studying Acupuncture. I did not know I needed a license. Can’t I get my money back.Not Good in USA

I paid for the app in November 2022 and have been using it weekly. However this week I discovered I cannot access any features and it is asking me to pay again! I have contacted them 3 times and provided proof of payment for the app but have yet to hear back from anyone.nad098
