I log in and the app never seems to load my information I get charged a convenience fee all the time because I have to make payments through the website online instead of the app

Ten dollar payment fee is RIDICULOUS. At weekly payments that’s almost $45 EXTRA a month in PAYMENT FEES alone!!! Not to mention the outrageous financing fees!! That’s almost $600 a year added on to a car that’s already overpriced!! Rip off. Scam artists.

I am very pleased. Easy online access. You can pay car payment here. Shows you payment history, balance and reminder for next payment. I recommend it to anyone. Saves a lot of time and hassle from trying to pay over the phone.

Because I get charged a $5 fee extra just to pay my bill every month! This was not in the contract when I purchased the vehicle, you guys are ripping people off for no reason! Paying your bill should be free!!!
