Worst product i ever used
The app and device are the most useless pieces of garbage the app being completely useless with less features than a browser and the product that broke just existing, literally a hazard as well since i had to pry open the device, your guys make horrible products it broke after 2 uses the levo 2 now the lid does not work what a joke of a device and you guys intentionally made it defective to deceive customers the hinge is one of the worst designed hinges in history, the thing costed me 300$ and ll they offered was a expiring coupon only good for 6 months with a small discount, i am not happy with the device

HUGE WASTE OF MONEY
I have a Levo, and it’s hands down the worst financial decision I’ve made in years. If you buy a bum car you might be able to at least drive it. But a Levo is worthless. They have terrible hinges that snap if you look at them wrong, and then the company refuses to fix it unless you hound them, and even then they will do their absolute best to try and refuse the warranty over something stupid like you can still use it SOMETIMES if you put a ton of heavy books on it to hopefully trick the machine into thinking it’s closed. The gummy mixes are fine if you don’t want to do it the right way, but you want something that tastes meh, and is easy to make. The app itself is just to push adds at you. It has zero use aside from that.

Customer Service, Top Tier!
I purchased 4 packs of Lēvo gummy mix, two of the packs were damaged/open due to manufacturing. I was able to text the customer service number (super convenient) and they were able to assist me and replace my two damaged gummy packages in a matter of minutes! It was truly unbelievable. Most companies you have to email and it takes 24-48 just for a response. All companies/customer service needs to take notes from Lēvo!

It’s good, but too sales oriented
The app is usable, but I find myself googling the answer more often than not. The app needs a dedicated, tabbed-at-the-top, category for general information, like instructions for using the machines, and information about decarboxylation and extraction temperatures and times for all types of oil/butter/other. The user interface the way it is now is too point-of-sale oriented. It should first provide information as its primary function, with sales a secondary and convenient function. After all, people who use this app have already most likely purchased an infuser. The app should be more functional and linked to the device purchased.

What a joke!
Ive had the levo II for 2 years now and i like the machine and particularly liked the remote option as a feature. It is extremely upsetting to see that this feature of my device is obsolete after less than 3 years… it makes no sense to have sold a product and had an app that worked for it and then you completely remake the app without the feature, you should have left the app alone and started a whole new app separately considering you remodeled so much of it anyway… bring back the old version!! im sure theres a backup file of it somewhere.

Worthless App
Once upon a time you could use this app to control your Levo II. For reasons unknown, they removed the ability to use the app to control your Levo II, and basically turned it into an online subscription service. Dear Levo II developers, thanks for the bait and switch you did in the app. Does someone have to set up a subscription to use the app to control their Levo II? Time to delete this worthless app. Updating this after seeing what a Levo employee actually wrote back, and I quote “ We have a separate app called "Remote Infusion" that has the remote functionality! It has the same functions of the old app. You should see recipes there as well. We recommend downloading both apps, as the new one has the oil and herb calculator as well as the dosage calculator! Thank you for your feedback and for your patience and support!” Was zero need or reason to make a completely different app so people could continue using the WiFi feature. This comes across to me as Levo basically admitting they screwed up by removing the WiFi feature from the main app and suspiciously moving it to a completely different app. Now the question is whether or not the new app is available on iOS.

Used to be WAY better
So I never review apps on here, which should tell you how much an update bothered me. At some point, the app updated and removed all of the functionality that made the LEVO II so cool. Before, I could run my machine without having to even be near it and check on the progress remotely. The recipes were easy to find and easy to read, with a really friendly user interface (UI). Now, after a bit of not using it, I come back to find all of my favorite features removed. The app became like a mobile store instead of something that benefits their machines as intended. It would be like if FitBit removed all tracking functionality from their app and just peddled smart watches through their app. Incredibly disappointing that they made this poor call with updating and hope it’ll return so I can continue singing LEVO’s praises.
