Getting used to update
Miss the multiple HIIT workouts with timer count down, and shorter HIIT workouts. Will keep using. App designer reached out for feedback. Very impressive. Thank youKimZimm1

Hi, sorry about that. I have just submitted an update with a whole bunch of HIIT workouts. Let me know if you would like any specific workouts added. I can add as many custom workouts as you want just send me the details. The advantage of this new app is that all the workouts are saved online so I can update or change workouts without submitting new versions of the app. Again, sorry about that change and the inconvenience.
