  • Please help

    My incoming calls are not registering at all, it shows I’m available, but it will not let me actually answer the calls
  • No voicemail option

    Voicemail option is necessary for a phone system which I can’t find it in the app.
  • Worst phone service ever and app

    My company of also around 300 employees just got Talk Desk app and phone and it’s awful. The services are a mess. It doesn’t tell us when calls are missed , no voicemails, and it doesn’t have the ability to ring from the click to dial to a cell phone when employees are all remote. Lastly you can’t get a call in when you are on the phone - even the 80s had call waiting. It’s been a month and it’s hurting our sales rep business. Our previous service was way better.

The current feature set of the application allows you to consult your missed calls using the Activity tab, you also have a specific tab thats shows only the missed calls. We care about your feedback and are working on improvements to the experience, including the ability to access Voicemails — which should be made available soon. Thank you.
  • Useless App

    My company switched to Talkdesk and this app is terrible. You can’t even check voicemail on the app and their support team & development team never have answers for anything. Switching to this phone provider was a mistake.

  • Wish I could use it...

    Chained to my desk because I cannot sign in to this app no matter what I do. Wish it worked.

If the app is enabled and the log-in problem persists, please contact Talksdesk Customer Support so we can provide more hands-on help.
  • easy to use!

    i enjoy talkdesk. i think it is very easy to use and super helpful. the only things i would change is adding the ability to see voicemails in the app, and i can’t figure out if you’re able to transfer calls to other agents through the app. that would be nice!!

  • Worst Business App for Outside Sales People

    Our company of 300 employees recently switched over to Talkdesk from Dialpad. Worst decision ever. For outside sales reps the app is almost completely useless. I get redirected unknown numbers all the time, there’s little no UI/UX on the app itself so good luck doing anything within the app, the outbound ringer is beyond annoying, and the list goes on and on. There are numerous free apps that are better. I’ve voiced my concerns but will now need to formally file an IT concern as it genders my ability to do my job.

  • Stay far away from this company

    This app has almost zero functionality. The sales team promised that they had a mobile and so I expected something at least comparable to Ring Central - where we could text, see voicemails, see our contacts in Salesforce, see a lengthy call history, or at least the last 10 calls, and be able to disposition calls. There hasnt been one single new feature or new functionality added since the first release of the app and yet the sales team promised frequent updates and the best phone software of any company. The sales team lied about everything and I am not exaggerating. They give away $25 amazon cards to anyone who will write a positive review in order to hide the bad reviews but look for them - they are correct. The thing I am most angry about? They forced a 3 year contract on us while promising that if we were not happy we could cancel. When they finally let us on the mobile app, we tried to cancel because the app did not let our salespeople text our customers or see voicemails or call history, Andrew they became VERY mean and threatening. It is critical that we have those two functions and it has been almost a year and not one single update. They must have the slowest developers in the world. And yes, it logs you out all of the time so you miss your calls. We were conned.
