I can’t believe how limited this app is.
No access to voicemail
Inbound calls do not have a distinct talk desk ring, just your cells default.
No contact list

The app is super streamlined and easy to use. It had made it so much easier for me to log calls I take from my cell phone in Salesforce. I would recommend it.susan000001
