Won’t accept credit cards
Won’t accept my credit cards (I have very good credit). Inconsistent data entry. Pushes tips for pick up items.
Love the Garage, not the app
It isn’t user friendly. Tried to login and it informed me I already had a login and tried to reset my password. Checked my email for the reset password and clicked the link and it took me to a website with checkered background and nowhere to enter info.
Glitches and issues when ordering
I tried to set up a delivery order within the app and the app informed me that my order failed to go through, so I tried again. After a second failed attempt at placing a delivery order, I decided to just not order. However, my card was charged twice for the two failed orders and the dasher who was supposed to pick up my order was not informed of the failed orders. These glitches need to be fixed when an order fails to go through. The only reason this review gets 2 stars is because the manager at The Garage was very helpful in assisting me to refund my money, as well as the Door Dash management and dasher.

Poor rewards
We live Smitty’s but the rewards stink. Ate there tonight and spent $27.92, got $0.55 in rewards! Maybe there’s more coming later I don’t know, but $0.55, really? That’s not worth them having my information!
Can’t use
Gave them my email address at the restaurant to get a card Download the app later. I tried to sign on with my email address but needed a password which I don’t have. I tried the reset password link but clicking on the link in the email gives me a file not found error. Therefore I can’t use the app...
