Fantastic app
I like that you can fully customise workouts and even add in your own exercises.
One area for improvement would be to have more exercises as presets in the catalogue of exercises. There are still so many though!
I honestly couldn’t recommend this app more!

Thank you Rob! That means so much. Stay safe and keep up the good work! As for the library, I added as many basic exercises as possible. I didn’t want to clutter it with variations and different grips, but feel free to copy them and customize as you wish! Thank you again for the review and suggestion.

Thank you for the input. Good timing because user measurements will be available in a matter of days if not today! If the feature is not exactly what you expected, send an email and we can work on making it perfect. Update: weight/measurement tracking are live so give it a try!

Another great feature is that it’ll time you for everything and you can set rest times to keep
You on track. This has upped my workouts so much. I’m telling all my workout friends about this. Can’t wait for the new features to come out. Love this app already.
