    I love the program and think Amanda is the real deal. She’s enthusiastic, knowledgeable and pragmatic! I am a relatively healthy eater but knew to keep up my strength as I age and stop the annual 3- 5 lb creep, I need to learn more about what to eat and when. I learned so much in the 1st week!!
    Ok, here’s the complaint. The food diary is extremely cumbersome and not well organized for searching. I’ve used my fitness pal in the past and it’s far superior. Amanda does give you the option of using other trackers but I just couldn’t go to 2 places- too much time. Contract with other tracking apps, don’t recreate the wheel!!

    I’m giving this app a 3 star because so many things could be better and more mainstream. Let’s start with tracking water. Every water bottle is not the same and sometimes you drink from something else. You should be able to click the plus button to how many ounces not edit, save, and then add. Also don’t like that it doesn’t reset to 8 oz immediately. Then let’s move on to foods. There 1. Should be a partner sharing option if partners sign up together. We make 1 meal and should be able to share it from the same platform. Also good for accountability 2. Should be a favorites button. Where it’s a common food that you eat often and should be able to find super easy and not have to remember the brand and go search. If there is that option it’s not easy to find. It should be like Insta and you click a heart, star, whatever and you have a favorites tab. 3. You should be able to edit your food once you add it and hit the check mark. Lastly the app is not fast it’s actually slow moving. Tracking foods is not my favorite and having to wait because it’s slow makes me want to track less and less. Don’t get me wrong I actually enjoy seeing everyday what I’m eating in terms of proteins vs carbs vs fat and actually how little I was eating. It has taught me I need to eat more to meet my bodies needs.
  • Tiny things that are slightly annoying

    Right now I’m writing and I can’t see what I’m typing, the curser is moving but I can’t see the words. Also, tracking the food is tedious already so I think of the section for this was a little bit better that would help. When I go to add a “my foo” by scanning it doesn’t save in the my food list I have to manually create all the foods . Is this how it’s supposed to me? Also, I have to hit something many times sometimes for it to register or get the curser there. When I am under my foods I can’t always get the “create a food”button page to pop up.
