    As a four year plus member of the Queenteam I can confidently state that the Alexia Clark app is amazing!! No two workouts are the same so you never have to worry about getting bored. She hits all the body parts at different angles so you will see muscles popping in no time. It is user friendly, has a home and gym version, exercise details written out along with a demonstration video plus exercise alternatives. Alexia is constantly innovating and improving her app. You now can favorite a workout, input your weight and rep count. When I travel it has mini band workouts that are effective and can be done anywhere. Hitting the “workout complete” button is extremely satisfying and motivating! Trust me when I say there is no better app out there!

  • Love, love, love!

    This is the best fitness program, the best fitness app and the best community from the best trainer…EVER!
    The app is so easy to use. It is so easy to adapt to your fitness level and the time that you have to workout every day.
    The built in timers are so so convenient. Each exercise is well explained and demonstrated. I love the fact that there is a nutrition plan and a shopping list. It is really everything you would want in an app!

  • The best

    I’ve followed Alexia for about 5 years on Instagram but only signed up about 7 months ago and wish I’d joined years ago. The workouts are never the same, clear instructions and videos for the gym or at home. I’ve improved my overall fitness levels with these workouts in last 7 months than any other program or PT I’ve done over the last 10+ years. Thank you Alexia x

    If I could give it zero stars I would have. This company is not in it to help you get fit they are I only there to collect your money. You won’t work out with alexia as she just mindlessly goes through the excelsior with no explanation no guidance. The app is not intuitive you have to progress to the next exercise your self. The app should lead guide and encourage you. Worse app on the App Store. They company sells you on guidance and nurturing your progress but as soon as you purchase the membership you inbox gets spammed with emails. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs.

  • Fun, hard , fun, sweat

    I love the variety, the flexibility and the different choice of programs. I’ve been a bootcamp goer for several years and this is still very hard for me! My only request is that there were some easier modifications . Love it though
  • 40yr old game changer

    I’ve been using a different program for 3 years before finding this one. At first it was great. The workouts were quick, to the point and definitely gained strength. After a while I became stiffer, aching everywhere and felt like I’d lost all agility I may have had before. I was blaming it on age and trying to train better, then harder, then less to give my body a break and nothing. More yoga, more walking. Still stiff as a board and hurt everyday. Mkay, insert this program and yes, I was so sore that I could barely walk the first several days but I knew it was different. I had less aches and stiffness after the first week. I’m starting to be lighter on my feet again and being able to play ball with my kids more, for longer and feeling my athleticism again!!! Thank goodness it wasn’t just getting older!

  • So happy I committed

    I have used many apps, was hesitant to get a new one but the ads are right. It’s unique, it’s interesting. I was actually scared to start the signature and began with foundation. Did not enjoy it as much. Figured I’d try the signature and commit for a month and I am obsessed. I am exhausted by the time I’m done and feel like a million bucks every time. Looking forward to it each day, even on the day I would normally quit.

    I've been using Apple Fitness for many years now, and I must say, the workouts provided through the app are fantastic. Her workouts remind me of my early days in the gym when I used to love lifting with barbells and plates.

    Alexia Clark's routines are a perfect blend of strength training and variety, which I find incredibly important for keeping workouts engaging and effective.
