  • My favourite fitness app

    As a former personal trainer I'm always after a good challenge. These workouts are straightforward to comprehend but challenging to do.

    As a working mom of two with an extremely busy schedule, I love how much I can customize the routine to meet my needs. 😊💪
  • Always changing and challenging

    Love this app. I did it for two years then took a six month break only to miss it and found I was my fittest and strongest when doing this program. So I’m back and won’t be leaving anytime soon. Thanks Alexia for always giving 110 percent in making the workouts up for people to enjoy and for all the variety.

  • This is the best workout app ever, 3 years using and not planning to stop

    Great workouts and great results doing them Never boring You can mark your favourite workouts and go back to them when you don’t have motivation, or energy but want to stay disciplined. I have never had issues with this app
  • Excellent Program & App

    I am on the split program & love the app. Love the flexibility to choose from 3 programs, home or gym workout, # of circuits you want to complete depending on how much time you have & if you want to do a warm up or cool down. Easy to follow & you also get a simple nutrition meal plan. I’ve completed several other programs with apps & these are are some things that I think would make the app a game changer. The ability to hit play through all the rest periods without having to manually hit next. On the split program there are no recorded workouts with Alexia & I think it would be more motivating to have the Wednesday Mobility & Abs workout a recorded workout with Alexia. It would be nice to have private messaging and chat right in the app for everyone who is working out at that time and can encourage each other & post pictures and ask Alexia questions there instead of email or social media sites.

  • Great home/ travel workout app!

  • I feel so good!

    I started this after trying to lose my baby weight postpartum. I mean I’m almost 2 years postpartum trying a bunch of other workouts. I love the format of the app. I love how it tracks my stats for me and I can visually see when I workout and when I don’t. I don’t use the nutrition aspect of it but I didn’t even realize we had access to that when I initially joined! I love these workouts and I’ve slimmed up in a month! I feel tighter and I have more energy. Oh! And I love that you can tweak how long you want your workouts to be. I have to wake up at 430 before my toddlers wake up or else I can’t do any of this in peace. Even shortening it to 2 circuits and the challenge has shown to give me more results than my old BB dvds.

  • My fave fitness app

    Hands down best fitness program app. I used Sweat for a few years before AC - but the programs were super repetitive and I wasn’t sticking to them.
    I’ve now been using Alexia’s app for 3-4 years and I never get bored. I LOVE that I can adjust the circuits each day - some days I can only do two, some days only three. Some days I do it at home, some days at the gym. I rarely do all five circuits - or even all five workouts (I average 3 workouts per week but also walk and do an aerial silks/dance class once per week) but I am the fittest I have ever been. I’ve also recently been listening to Huberman and his series with Dr Andy Galpin on his podcast - and as I listened could see how Alexia has incorporated so many of the things in her program that they recommend. I’m so glad I don’t have to figure out a program myself and that she has the perfect program that keeps me healthy and strong and is something I look forward to in my day and is a program I actually stick to.

  • Best fitness app

    I have done a lot of online virtual programs including P90x, Insanity, Body building free programs when they were available in the early 2000s, programs from MIA fitness (Instagram influencer 2019) and I have a peloton bike/membership. I still use my peloton for cardio spin work outs but Alexia Clark is by far the best app/online program I have used.

    The workouts are always different and challenging. The modifications are great when a move is too hard for me. The home versus in gym option and easy transition by pushing one click on the app is very user friendly.

    Based on the time you have for a work you can easily toggle the number of circuits you have time for each day.

    The app includes an automatic timer for each move, rests and the circuit overall. I used to have to use a stop watch/timer which was annoying in other programs so I find this allows me more time to focus on the next move at hand versus watching the clock. The app timer has a beating you can hear over your music to keep up with the workout.

    Alexia also has made time to answer my questions via email about the program, my progress and is open to feedback. It’s absolutely worth the money paid- and I would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for something challenging for all levels, easy to use and pink!

  • Keeps me on task!

    Great app for home workouts, builds great results. The app keeps me going with the automatic timing and custom settings. It’s great for getting the workout done with the lease amount of fuss. Detailed form guides are also helpful.
  • Weight training isn’t scary anymore

    I used to weight train in high school because we had guidance. I’m 35 now, with two kids. I tried for so long to incorporate weights into my workouts but it was intimidating. I tried OTF, but hated it. It was so rushed and felt exhausting, like i was overexerting myself. I almost chickened out on trying Alexia’s app because of the weights. I’m so glad I picked up the phone and went back to the app. The first few days were thought because my body was not used to the weights or the movement. It’s wonderful to go at my own pace and ensure I’m making the correct movements. If anyone is hesitant to try the app, try the free week at least, you’ll be hooked! Thank you Alexia!
