    As a four year plus member of the Queenteam I can confidently state that the Alexia Clark app is amazing!! No two workouts are the same so you never have to worry about getting bored. She hits all the body parts at different angles so you will see muscles popping in no time. It is user friendly, has a home and gym version, exercise details written out along with a demonstration video plus exercise alternatives. Alexia is constantly innovating and improving her app. You now can favorite a workout, input your weight and rep count. When I travel it has mini band workouts that are effective and can be done anywhere. Hitting the “workout complete” button is extremely satisfying and motivating! Trust me when I say there is no better app out there!

  • All around fitness!

    Love this app, the workouts kept me engaged during covid isolation, when traveling and in between outdoor activity. Being able to choose the level is also great-this app got me back to activity after a very bad car meets bike accident.
    I like the upgrade that the timed sets run their course without having to poke at the phone between each exercise. I do wish the timer in between sets was smaller and the next exercise image was larger. I’m squinting at my phone screen trying to guess what comes next the first time through a circuit. Looking forward to retiring and being able to follow the workouts and nutrition consistently.

  • Outstanding!

    I initially signed up for Alexia’s program in 2019 after following her mini circuits on Instagram for a year and truthfully, the program exceeded all of my expectations. Her workouts are dynamic , adaptable, and I find I’m challenged every day! Even with the 30 minute option, I still feel accomplished and a mood boost for having put in the effort. She’s the best kind of motivator and reminds her followers how important it is to make exercise and working out a habit. Her app has only enhanced my enjoyment of her program, with features like a built in timer, demonstrations of all exercises, a great layout. Highly recommend!

    I recently started using the split program and rejoined a gym after years of working out at home. What a game changer! Still love her workouts and find myself more consistent than ever.

  • Any Woman Can Do It

    This is my third time using Alexia Clark as a workout mentor. Now a mother of 4 and 40 years young. I needed a jump back in start, even when I fall down, I change my mindset and restart. I came back to Alexia Clark due to her personal response to my question one time. I believe that is the utmost respect a now popular trainer can give to a follower. I enjoy working out in my home, the app is easy to follow and I can work around my young and older children. I can jump on any time I love that part. I truly been enjoying and also following the nutrition plan as well. The food is delicious and I love it. Overall it has been a great balance and need for me. I wake up excited to workout and make sure I complete each day. I push myself to get back in shape after my last baby who is 15 months old. I truly feel Alexia Clark is true to herself, her workouts and advice training. She isn’t just posting goofy social media to appeal to the rest. Alexia Clark is one of a kind and down to true fitness! Love that she also doe’s Jujitsu. #womanstrength Keep up the hard work! #QueenTeam Thank you for giving me the confidence to make each day for me to workout and make it happen.   • Split program is giving me results so quickly

    I tried the standard Alexia Clark program in the past and didn't love it. I could never stick with it.

    I'm loving the split program. I'm seeing noticeable results within the first month (felt them before that).

    I've always loved that the app includes Gifs rather than following a video class.

    My only complaint is that some of the circuits use gear that would be difficult to do a circuit with at the gym, so I will do all the exercises but sometimes I can't do them as a circuit.

    For example, a couple circuits have 2 different machines within one circuit. There's no way those two different machines would still be open by the time I complete the first round and start the second round.

    It would also be rude to hold two machines at a crowded gym when I'm doing a circuit with 2-3 other exercises. Plus the machines usually aren't right next to each other so it really wouldn't even be possible.

    But I make it work by just pulling out the machine exercises and doing regular sets rather than circuits to still get it done, but it's not always as intended.

    Overall enjoying the split program. It's probably the most consistent I've been with a program because I'm enjoying it and seeing/feeling results.

  • Everything You Need In ONE

    I really love the app, I like the flexibility to choose how many circuits you want to complete depend on how much time you have & if you want to do a warm up or cool down. It’s easy to follow and nutrition section is great, meals are not complicated and very good! A few things that would make the app better would be ability to filter out the rest periods or to hit play through all the rest periods without having to manually hit next. Also would like to see more of the recorded workouts with Alexia to mix things us more. It would be nice to have a chat room or something for everyone who is working out at that time and can encourage each other & post pictures and ask Alexia questions there instead of email or social media sites.

  • Amazing!

    I have been following Alexia Clark work outs now for about 3 years. Love the app! Easy to navigate,you can choose home or gym workouts or both. Option for 30 or 60 min workouts. Circuit work outs , everyday has 5 circuits and different work outs daily. Every month she has a challenge which is in circuit 5, and it changes every month from, abs, legs, cardio etc. In timed circuits she has a clock to count down so you don’t have to be worrying and checking the time. Her program also includes a meal plan and shopping list. Alexia keeps the workouts challenging and interesting for any fitness level. Love it!

  • Made the switch from Sweat. No regrets.

    I’ve now been doing Alexia Clark’s workouts for about 4 months and it’s been so fun and rewarding. I was doing Kayla Itsines faithfully for about 7 years and while no shade at her programming, I really felt a desire to change it up. My body had grown used to the methods utilized by all the trainers and I was no longer seeing new results. Almost immediately after a switching to Alexia Clark I saw improvements. First, my muscles show way more. The movement aren’t as explosive as they are slow and controlled. Second, I’m obsessed with her programming. Every day is different and you never know what the next day will have. Third, her monthly challenges keep it fun and engaging. And they’re HARD in a good way. Great for fitness enthusiasts. Fourth, her workouts offer modifications for home, gym, and easier alternatives. This has been so helpful for me as I switch back and forth from home and gym. Not having to think about substitutions or wondering if I’m compromising the difficulty of the workout has been a game changer. Obviously I’m a big fan and I highly recommend. If you want to push yourself, be a part of an incredible community, never be bored AND see fast improvements I suggest you start! I’m a SAHM/homeschooling Mom of 3 and I am loving every second!

  • Alexia Clarke the workout you need when you don’t want to work out.

    AC…. What can I say. My go to for getting me back into fitness. I get bored easily with programmes but with a new workout every day (Monday - Friday) and a whole library of past work outs to choose from boredom is not likely. Some of the exercises can be challenging but persist and don’t put to much pressure on yourself. The new programme layout is just what I needed to ease myself back into training after an injury. Hoping to increase to signature soon.
