Invisible icons
There are invisible buttons in the header of each screen, making navigation extremely difficult. Also, there is no status screen for prescriptions in progress.
I’ve been trying to fill a prescription for almost a month. They (Birdi is managing the mail order side) keep calling my doctor to confirm and my doctor calls them back but then they don’t have any record of the call back because they didn’t give the doctor the correct number to call back. So weird. Not a user friendly experience.

Terrible, Terrible App
The inability to navigate screens, go back to previous screens and do general functions expected of a pharmacy app is unprecedented.
This app isn’t remotely user friendly. By way of example, you may place a RX or multiple in your cart and the ability to view your cart is so far in the upper right hand of the screen, that it’s almost unnoticeable. Try to get back to your RX? You’ll need to close the app & hope that it recalls your cart.

Excellent RX App
MedImpact is very user friendly. Great info for when rx can be refilled, costs if any are noted. App says estimated cost, but I’ve found very accurate. If refills are necessary, after picking rx for refill Dr is contacted and refills are taken care of with no effort from me other than initial request to refill. Great App!

App not working
i’ve tried everything to get back onto this app, but every time I go to download it, it won’t actually download or let me click open the app I’ve tried turning off my phone I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, but it just puts the little square on my home screen and then won’t let me click to open up.

New version won’t open
Following a long string of difficulties with their supply of drugs, now they have released a version of their app that will not open to allow access to medications.
Refill
The app is effective, but sometimes a little confusing. They should have an email service automated to tell you when you need to reorder. You run out of refills, and even on auto refill they don’t let you know. That can be a little dangerous depending on the prescription. Otherwise, a very useful service.

Needs a lot of work. Navigation is clunky at best. Go to see what a shipment contains and you can’t return to previous screen. Need to do something, go to the website.
virtually nothing works
as other reviewers mentioned, “add to apple wallet” just produces an error message that the card wasn’t added. trying to update notification preferences doesn’t work either, just keeps saying “We are unable to process you requested this time. Please try again later. If the issue still persists, please contact our support team.” same with adding allergies, payment info, etc. also, when checking the opportunities to save by changing pharmacy, most of the pharmacy names are cut off… doesn’t do me any good if you don’t tell me which pharmacy it is!!!

Unable to add card to Apple Wallet
Persistent error stating “Sorry, the card was not added to your wallet. Please try again later.”
This was the only reason I bothered downloading the app, so it’s entirely useless for me.
