I followed my Medical Health provider from another practice because of her willingness to listen and really try to take care of my health and my quality of life. Credit to Intermountain health for their belief in allowing their staff that time and how helpful that is to really trying to take care of their patients. Why do you put all the bills under my primary doctor rather than the hospital for hospital and primary for primary and specialist for specialist. I want bills mailed to me. Why does this have to be complicated when it wasn’t before you took it over?Sbobrick

After moving here a year ago, I needed new physician. I’ve been very pleased with Dr. Alex Garner, Susie (his regular nurse) and other nurses who’ve filled in. They listen well, respect my patient wisdom. Check in staff efficient, get you in quick w an appointment. Billing also helpful. I’m grateful for their many services.Show lessAmGrace34

I have no clue which doctors or records are in/on this app
I go to one doctor and get notifications from at least 2 apps. Get ride of theses things. I’d rather pay by website or paper bill.cooper17$

Hard to navigate
I’m trying to get a video appointment with anyone who can help me and can’t get past the automated first steps. Very frustrating. I don’t feel good, just help me!MeInBoomfield
Dermatology appointment
I have excellent insurance and your system cannot explain why the bill charged was not fully covered. I have contacted Medicare, supplement policy and Intermountain system and have not gotten this resolved afte 6 months.samasolitarium
Health Chart Information.
They allow me to see my vitals as well as tell me my Bone mass index. I can read everything on my chart. I just don't understand it all & I talk to my doctor about what I don't understand.blessedlady6967
