Easy To Use!
Reviewing the healthcare plan that was right for me was made so easy because of this app allowing me to compare not two but three different plans at a time!
Not too bad
It did simplify the selection process, but it had trouble searching and giving proper results from my location. That said, I have had problems with other apps when doing location based searches from home. Overall, not bad.
Crashes A Lot
It kept crashing the very first time I used it so I had to keep logging in which was a pain. Wish they allowed you to store some login in information so if it does crash you don’t start from ground zero again
Understanding
This app gives you time to read through your recommended plans and understand which one actually works best for you. The app automatically sets an enrollment date and you have until your set enrollment date to make as many changes as you want! If you make an error select client error in the list of options when it asks the reason why you changed. Its okay to not know at first :)

Not so useful
It seems there is not much you can do with this app. First, the app does not store your login information which is kind of annoying to enter all the details every time you open the app. Also it keeps prompting you to pick a plan every time you want to look for any information when you already have a health plan, I’m guessing it’s because the app does no store any individual info. There is not much information available or are you able to manage anything. I can only look up providers. That’s the only plus.

Could be more user friendly
I received multiple errors when trying to filter doctors by locations and also when choosing. Thankfully I was able to complete my selections.
Only took 2 minutes!
Very easy to change plans with finding my provider!
