Fantastic!
I love these classes. The material and subjects of the course are excellent, as are the teachers. I don’t speak Spanish but follow along with the subtitles. I’d say they are about 80% accurate from what I can tell; enough that I can get the gist of the content without problems. Refreshing Refresher Course
A basic mini-course on two- and three-point perspective with helpful information about focus and presentation thrown in. Does leave some questions unanswered, but I suspect these might be involved enough to have another, continuing course added. I know, I'd sure sign up! App leaves a lot to be desired
I’m really enjoying the context of my course and the unit videos on the app are easy to access. But the community section where you post your work is rubbish. I tried position my work to the forum in the app and it dissapered into the either. There no way of selecting how the comments are sorted and the comment that’s are shown seem to be only the ones where the teacher has commented them selves.
Eventually I had to resort to logging into though safari, this works much I can sort comments by a couple different criteria and I can unload my work and see it in the forum for that unit.
Improve the app so I don’t have to switch to a browser to get the full experience I payed for. And then it will be 5star. 👍Show lessLloyd766
Exploding with talent!
Great app that is simple packed with a plethora of knowledge from great creatives! My only request is I wish all of the artist spoke English because there some incredible artists I would love to learn from. The CC doesn’t work because I want to watch the artist not read the subtitles.MassiveMic
Great community and courses but the app could be better
The community and the courses are top notch. Love how all courses are very streamlined and curated well. But during the use of the app on my ipad had few hiccups. For instance initially when i used it, even though i was connected to wifi and everything was loaded, could not play any videos in the courses and kept getting error messages ‘not connected to wifi’. Later uninstalled and reinstalled, and tht issue was fixed. Im sure the dev team will address these issues. Overall I have no complaints much. Love Domestika.Show lessZiafsh
No English community
Yes the classes are with English subtitles, but if you try to get informations or interact with the teacher, there’s nothing to translate. You literally have to translate each and every words one by one to understand a teachers question... That’s lame since it’s said to be in english when i bought itShow lessMorTB!d
Best Course Content Out There, but a little problem
Domestika is the absolute best course app I have ever used. The courses’ content is high-quality (way better than Udemy), there are so many resources to enhance our learning, and much more. However, recently, I ran into a problem. In the Domestika app, whenever I try to play any video, it tells me that there is no WiFi signal to watch lessons, even though my WiFi signal is working on other apps just fine. I have tried closing the app and reopening it, checking if there is a new update, and resetting the WiFi router, but the app still does not let me watch videos, which in turn makes it practically impossible to use. Please fix this issue soon, as this is an amazing course app, and I want to keep learning.Show lessAppyCat67

I spent many years in college t be an illustrator
But we never had the lessons that would give us the methods of thinking and producing images as this app. does. We were just told to read a book and illustrate it, and “ see you next week” with your assignments! I’m taking this course and redevelop my portfolio!Show lessStarrynightsandart
The best place to learn
I have had a great time learning in Domestika. I have taken courses with Antonio Nunez Lopez who has allowed me to improve my story telling. Ana Bloom and Julieta Tello has thought me about branding. Paulina Maciel and Ana Victoria Calderon had thought me how to improve my art. Every one has been very professional and I have received more than I expected. Needs some work
I am little frustrated with the app as it logs me out all the time - then either the sound or the subtitles just stop working - often midway through a lesson.
I’ve also just now gone back in to one of my lessons and the ‘viewed’ videos are no longer marked as ‘viewed’. It’s like starting again each time you go into the app.Show lessEmmaFrag
