Unauthorised Charge and Lack of Customer Support
I recently purchased a course on Domestika, and to my surprise, a month later, they charged me for a yearly subscription without my consent or prior notification. I had no intention of subscribing to an annual plan, and there was no clear warning or reminder before they took the payment.
To make matters worse, finding any customer support or contact information on their app or website is incredibly difficult, which feels like an intentional barrier to prevent users from resolving such issues. It’s frustrating and feels deceptive, especially when it comes to unauthorized charges.
This experience has left me feeling like the platform is engaging in unethical practices, and I urge others to be cautious when using Domestika. Be sure to carefully check for any hidden fees or automatic subscriptions.Show lessspring0099

Scam
My credit card has been charged 130 CAD yesterday for an annual plus subscription. I NEVER wanted to subscribe to such a thing. The subscription has been added to an invoice without my consent when I bought a 2$ course last month.
A lot of people has been caught the same way and I feel it’s very dishonest from Domestika to proceed that way to sell plus subscription.
It’s almost impossible to contact anyone to get help with this issue. We only get answers from ai bots.Show lessNi-ko79

This review section is obviously full of bots. I never signed up for this and I was suddenly charged $135! There is no way to contact their support team in English. They have a Spanish speaking ai bot. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.BradRichert
Terrible business practices from once great company
Over a period of months in 2024 Domestika charged customers for $99usd subscriptions without proper authorization and then refused to refund the charge. It has impacted thousands of customers. Search ‘Domestika Scam’ for further info. They have let down loyal customers such as myself and ignore all emails/block us on social media when we attempt to negotiate with them.
