Love the functionality
I was an Artful Agenda user about two years ago, but it didn’t have all the functionality of my paper planner at the time so I never used it much. However, I’m LOVING 💜 the new updates and the ability to use my Apple Pencil with Scribble function. I’ve already started more efficiently planning things like my weekly cleaning tasks, etc. and the fact it syncs with my google and iOS calendar makes it a breeze to use with my existing calendars that my whole family uses. I would like for a future update to include a separate notes tab (in addition to the already awesome tasks tab) with ability to file notes in folders or “notebooks” to make it even more functional for use throughout the day.Show lessDvjvbvc
In love with this planner app!
I was always a paper pencil planner type of gal but have completely switched over with Artful Agenda! I love the ability to customize and personalize its aesthetics with the stickers and covers. I like that it syncs to Google calendar. I also love the ability to automate the tasks and to make recurring tasks. It’s so neat too that the tasks just move automatically if it doesn’t get done. I don’t miss that part which I would need to do with paper planners (rewriting, erasing, or moving things to the next day). The ability to toggle between day, week, and month, and List tabs are wonderful too!

If you love pretty planners this is IT
I loved my paper diary but couldn’t justify the inconvenience compared to Google calendar. But I hated how boring the calendar app was. Found A|A and it was exactly what I needed. All the convenience and syncability of Google calendar (which is one of the many calendar apps it’s compatible with) but with fonts, colours, stickers and covers. I didn’t even bother with a trial and haven’t looked back. Plus, the customer service has been amazing. Can’t recommend highly enough!Show lessTeacup pig
Artful agenda
It took me a while to get to use this app but once you get there and give it some time it is a game changer. The best thing for me is the ability to use my Apple Pencil as I give to be able to write my info and then is automatically changes to beautiful handwriting. I wish more apps would do this. More creative then a standard calendar
I love that it syncs with Google Calendar!!!! Nothing stinks more then having to manually redo a calendar because you can’t import data!
Would love more stickers. I’m a scrapbooker and love love love all sorts of stickers. For example a hair cut sticker, a braces sticker to differentiate between a regular dentist and orthodontist appointment. I am a mom of 5 so my kids do all sorts of activities (Boy scouts, flag football, soccer, gymnastics, etc). We love the zoo. Next year we are hoping to go to DisneyWorld so a Disney sticker would be cool…
I would also love a Journaling tab to be added. A place I can put my thoughts that are not lists/to-do’s.
More text colors would be great as a family of 7, I assign each person a different color, school calendars 2 colors (one for the elementary and another for preschool), a color for birthday/holidays. And another one for the whole family events. I like to use colors that stand out differently from each other.
I have seen other apps have a place to keep track of digital subscriptions and budgets. Any possibility you will be adding this as well?
I have a tablet on my list wish because working on my iPhone 12 Pro makes everything so little. I like being able to see all my events for the day when I am in monthly view…Show lessMustng_grl
Just what I was looking for!
It’s all the freedom of a bullet journal without the hassle of running out of space, making a mistake or having to remember to transfer something from a week spread to a month spread etc.

Nice digital planner
I’ve never written an app review before, but I had to write one for this app. I love that it integrates with my Google calendar, let’s me keep track of tasks, and helps me track meals and water intake. I’ve been using this for about three weeks and I love it so far. I really really love paper planners but can never keep up with them and always end up using my Google calendar. This gives me the experience of a paper planner and ability to write lists with the Google calendar integration. Well worth the price (which is less than what I was paying yearly for fancy paper planners). I would like more covers and more sticker options. I would also like it if somehow the colors of the tasks on Google calendar could also transfer to the artful agenda; but I have no idea how this would work and I’m doing ok color coding tasks in both without it.Show lessStuartJH01056
Definitely worth it- but where’s the widget?
I was on the fence about spending this much money on a planner, but I end up spending more on physical planners after I ruin them or need to change dates I’ve already written in. I’m a bit of a perfectionist so I’m picky to the point where if my handwriting is off even a little, I need to redo it. This is so nice because you can change everything, including dates or even the stickers you drag and drop. I love everything about this planner. The one thing I would love to see would be an option for the widget the way the system calendar has one. I’d love to see the activities for the day I have planned in and I only have my AA calendar updated to reflect this. Never going back to a paper planner!
I have been addicted to paper planners for my whole life. I was super stubborn about changing that. I thought if I migrated to a digital space, I’d lose the thrill of cracking open a new planner or that I’d become ever more reliant on my phone, among other concerns. But I am soooooo pleased with this app. I’m three weeks in and I am continuing to find new features I love. First time I’ve ever paid for an app too. And I mean, ever. Worth every cent. I feel so organized and I also love that I can still have the fun of customizing my planner with different colors/backgrounds. I don’t have to be glued to my phone either as there is a connected desktop app (desktop app bonus: you get a daily quote all of which have been lovely).
