Paper planner to Artful Agenda no looking back!
I love the ability to have my calendar on multiple devices, when dates/times change so easy to quickly change to new time/date. Love all the stickers and covers to change the look when I want, this format and A/A keeps me more focused and organized. The list section is also incredibly helpful in organizing one’s busy work, home and other schedules.
On top of this all the ppl behind A/A are so helpful when an issue may pop up plus they ask for wishes as to what we would like to see improved on and the community is wonderful with tips, help, questions and of sharing their own calendars,lists for others to see and get ideas! Exactly what I wanted
I have used a lot of digital planners because I like the look of a paper planner with color and stickers but always was frustrated by having to fill in manually all of the stuff already on my calendar. This does a great job and allows me to set up a calendar for each family member to add their schedule to and I can see them all at once in my planner! Also love that it easily and seamlessly can be used on iPad, iPhone and Desktop which is so great.
I’m pretty new so maybe there are some ways to do these but a couple things that I think would make this even more amazing would be the ability to add custom stickers, and for more customization in trackers. I don’t really use the water tracker but I would love to be able to track different habits, etc. in a visual way. Also I am a designer so the vision boards would be an awesome addition as well! Overall though I think it is wonderfully designed and hits all the marks for a great digital planner!Show lessgoxler

I was constantly searching for a planner that would fulfil my creative needs yet conveniently be with me all wherever I go without the extra bulk of carrying a paper planner. This planner ticks all my boxes. It seamlessly integrates with Google Calendar, but looks so much better and can be used without the need to use GCal natively. I love its customisable task/journal areas and lists features! After trying so many apps, paper planners and digital PDF planners. I’ve settled on this and I’m so happy I did! Best Combination of Paper and Digital
I am in love with my Artful Agenda planner. Like many users, I loved the beauty of my paper planner (not to mention stickers!) but it was often too cumbersome to bring with me. So I used paper at home and digital on the go which was a disaster!
Enter Artful Agenda, the perfect combination of paper and digital. Like paper it’s pretty with sticker packs, changeable covers and color coding. Like digital it’s easy to use, always with me and best of all, I can share it between my iPhone, my iPad and my desktop without worrying about compatibility. And I have the ability to combine multiple calendars into one with color coding!
In the few weeks I’ve been using it, it has helped me be more organized, never miss an appointment and, with the list-making function, helped me to remember all my to do’s. More importantly, they are constantly working to both upgrade the product and make it more user-friendly.
Of course, there are a couple of things I’d like to see such as labeling the sticker packs and customizable reminders for events but I have no doubt these will appear in future upgrades as this company actually listens to its users.
All in all, this app is beautiful, functional and convenient. What more could I ask for?Show lessCluelass65
So good
I have had this app for nearly a year. I love being able to sync home and work calenders from different sources - iOS and google. Its so clever snd can do much more than I have got to grips with so far. I need to use tasks more. The lists are great but looking forward to being able to sort them more. I wish the stickers were sortable A-Z. I find the ‘packs’ very confusing the search feature good if you know what you are searching for but does not help to know what is available. For example I work in school and found school related stickers in a few different packs by chance in the globe and 1st day pack. I love how the developers of this app are continually launching new features and am excited to see what else is possible in the future.Show less1426853

I’m a true blue paper planner but I have found myself paperless one too many times lately. This app is my fave planner app that I have found to date! Since I’m used to paper, I like the option for changing the cover and the stickers. For me, to earn the last star, I’m wanting a just a few things for appearance purposes.
1. There are a good number of colors to choose from; however, I’d like more. Many BRIGHT colors? Several of the choices look so similar when on the actual calendar, it’s hard to tell them apart.
2. Covers. Oh gosh! I love them. It is sightly annoying to have to scroll through them all. Perhaps they could be organized by seasons, holidays, or even in a thumbnail format to view rapidly.
3. I haven’t figured out how to change my default calendar. I try to select that option but it won’t let me. It really isn’t a major issue for planning but it bugs me to see my LEAST important calendar is my default.
4. Would it be possible to add an option to attach a link and/or a photo to an event? There are lots of times it would be so great for events that have page long details and information. This would be great for the Lists also.

Annoying at best
I’ve had this planner for a couple of weeks now and it’s annoying. There is a sync error message popping up on EVERY SINGLE SCREEN. I have removed the calendar that the error message relates to and the tech support can’t help, literally every time I go to a new page it pops up again. Finally found it! The perfect planner app.
I am a die hard paper planner user who has been using a custom planner for a while, but it’s getting difficult to communicate with people about plans when I have to wait until I can get to my planner to answer them, so I decided to try again to find an app that would work instead. I tried 6 or 7 different ones before I landed on Artful Agenda. It is AMAZING! It does almost everything my paper planner does. My favorite feature, and the thing I couldn’t find anywhere else, is that it has to do list sections for each day, so I can go to Friday’s to do list and add something there instead of it showing up on just one master list. Other apps I tried all just had one to do list.
I’ve only been using it one day so far, but the only thing I would change at this point is the ability to add new daily list sections as needed. I love that it has 3 different lists for each day and that you can rename them; I think that will work fine for me; however, in my paper planner, I have sections for priorities, to do, errands, and a “Be Intentional” section where I write reminders for kind things I can do that day. I would love to have the ability to custom add more list sections in the daily tab. If that was a feature, as far as I can tell, this app would be perfect.Show lessKoinonia541

I have to admit that I loved this app in the beginning, but the more I got into it the more I realized I wanted that wasn’t available. There aren’t very many sticker packs included in the subscription fee and I didn’t love the ones available (I felt like I was settling when decorating). I also didn’t like how the mobile version of my desktop browser was so squished. I would try and make it pretty one on version only to not look great on the other. The backgrounds are a similar situation; cute, but there weren’t enough options (especially free) for me to find something I really liked.
This app is good at the thing it promises: it syncs with Google and other calendars and makes it cute. It also has a cool tasks feature (which I felt was a bit clunky on mobile).
I love this idea, but I ended up finding an app that didn’t make me feel like I was settling for a cute, digital planner and was marginally more expense for many more sticker/cover/decoration options.Show lessAlyjoye
This is the best!
Thanks so much for creating the app I didn’t think existed! I have struggled with phone calendars and have always preferred my paper diary until now… this app is perfect for me to write as I would in my diary on my iPad mini, see in my preferred view and easily sync with the rest of my family who prefer ICal .
