Hello, we are sorry for the confusion but this is not correct. We do not charge you for accessing old scans. Your account is likely stale and you need to log out and log back in to refresh your account. You will always be able to access the scans you’ve had done. Thank you.

Hello, accounts made for scheduling at different facilities are not linked to the dexafit app. You need to create your account for the first time when you download the app. The only place the app account can be made is in the app, not on the website of locations. Thank you.
