App does not function well
Every time I go to open this app it takes a long time to open. It gives the spinning wheel for so long that I typically give up on it. And then when it opens it has signed me out. Almost every time! Honestly wish Neil would just get back on Spotify. $19 a year or whatever it is is not worth this dysfunctional appShow less666Sandsharks

Does not recognise subscription anymore
Really enjoyed this app for two months and now it no longer recognises my subscription. Tried logging out and deleting app etc but still doesn’t work. Contacted hosts but no reply. Really disappointed as I love the content which I would rate as five stars. Will have to delete and stick to playing his vinylShow lessNY fan '68
Like Shakey, a bit flaky here and there
While the app doesn't have the polish found elsewhere, as a portal for the NYA it does just fine. Once you've got used to how the filing system works, you get ot find most of what you're looking for easy enough. It's just great to have all of Neil's work together in one place and at such high resolution. Even with Lossless, Apple can't get near to how good this stuff sounds. If you love Neil Young, sign up for the NYA and get the app. Your life will be the better for it.Show less10538

Worst app ever
I have been a member for 2 months and am charged $2.10 a month and the app will not allow me to access any of the music. Terrible quality app. Trying to cancel my subscription is almost impossiblePaulMoore101175
Doesn’t work, unhelpful support
I’ve had a bunch or correspondence with tech support because I’m being repeatedly kicked out to the login screen on both iPhone and iPad, and both the app, and now the website, will hang on the red spinning insert (the page does work on my PC).
Their response times are pretty slow, and now they tell me they lost all our correspondence and I basically have to start off from scratch.Show lessBuckwinn

when I first became a member it was working fine now the app no longer works doesn’t show the timeline to be able to listen to the music and they charge you for it anyway. Unable to contact customer support it goes to a 404 messageAlcoholic Eric ❤️
