I’m a strict vinyl only type guy. When this app came I immediately downloaded and subscribed. It’s the only streaming service I’m willing to pay for. Why? Because the sound quality makes me feel at home listening to high fidelity stereo. But really I’ve got headphones on walking around. Highly recommend checking it out!Show lessmirabilevisu

It works. Sounds great. Especially with unlimited data — the app default setting is to use CD quality if you’re on cellular but you can adjust the settings to high res all the time. Been using the site all year and the app does it justice.katlnya

Continuing his efforts to improve digital audio quality, Neil has hit a home run here with a well-designed app that provides great sound (and flexibility when using a cellular connection) to enjoy even more his broad catalog of music.

24 bit streaming. Perfection! Love music again!
24 bit streaming right from the iPhone, so simple! Perfect sound with no breaking up like the lower bits files No more ssssss. Even the 16 bit files sound better than Streaming from Tidal?!
Why can’t Apple Music do this?

I have Apple Music and Tidal, this is the app I use most now. I wish all the music is on your web site, Neil, and all remastered in 24 bit.

Brilliant app for Neil Young fans
This is fantastic- went for the subscription and have instant access to all of Neil Young’s albums to stream in hi resolution sound quality (above cd). (Also the option to stream cd quality or 320 Kbps also if you are on the go and need to save data) Listened to his most recent live album release, Songs for Judy, which is a collection of 70’s live recordings. Version of a man needs a maid is soooo good! Thoroughly enjoyed listening. Also like the fact you can click and instantly get song lyrics to the song you are listening to. I think having access to all of his music to experience in this way is just wonderful!
Already have a lot of cds/vinyl by him but there is just a vast catalogue of my stuff that I’m glad I’ve got this app.

A bit clunky
It feels slow to respond and some of the controls are obscure. I can’t get the theater to work at all. The Song of the Day “button” provides no feedback when selected. The app needs more work to gain a higher than 3 star rating.WabashMud

The difference is in the sound! Awesome app with amazing features. NY allows you to listen to his discography the way it should be heard. Some navigation features are less than perfect, but I can’t wait to see the app evolveAWLionelGuy
