Customer Service is non existent

It’s now been over 8 weeks since I visited the Morrisons UK service station, had trouble with the process & decided to not fill up but my £100 has not reappeared in my account & is still listed as “pending” in transactions. Also the app will not allow me to change my home address.

Not enough information/help

So confused about how this card works. How to order a card - it’s asking me to enter my card number when I don’t know what it is.
Also want a card for my daughter but I can’t work out how to do this.

The worst app ever

How can I load my own Visa card and I can’t used it for payment you have 24hours to refund my money back or I will sue you,that is really madness

So handy to use

What I really liked about Pelikin was the easy way of transferring money from one currency to another when travelling recently overseas. I had loaded it up prior to leaving with the currencies of the countries we had visiting. Apart from one initial problem of not having the card verified initially which was easily and promptly solved when I contacted them, it has worked well. I was able to shift money between countries when we left one and I had some money left. I also reloaded it while overseas which worked well. The pin was useful. Once or twice I had to sign, but that happened only towards the end of our trip in Singapore, but then the pin worked again well. Have used it here in Australia since returning home successfully. Going to advise my sister-in- law to get one for her trip next year. Bright green colour great because it was easily identifiable. Will keep using it. Thanks for your support.

Best Travel card by far

Amazing card/app. Great set up nice and easy. Made life a breeze why travel. Customer services also very high quality helped me out with my problem within minutes.. Awesome card highly recommend

Sometime passcode work sometime didn’t
Need to improve their app

Only in Australia

The app seems good but it is only available in Australia. Don't waste your time by downloading it if you are in the UK.

Great app and concept

Great app and concept, love it! Just one small improvement I’d like - there’s the list of different currencies you can laid onto your card, but you can’t scroll down and look at them all, you have to pull down on the page to see different ones. It would be good to have a feature where you could scroll down and view all of them - or even have a choice to put the ones you want ‘pinned’ to the top. So for example AUD, EUR and Pounds. That way it would be much easier to quickly see the wallets you want. I’m excited to potentially use my Pelikin card in Europe in October!

Bugs

Using faceID or passcode results in the app not being responsive. You have to log out and use the password to get back in. Useless.
