Great Apple Watch Integration
I’ve been using Liftin’ to track a barbell focused routine for ~2-3 weeks (through the beta). It was easy to setup my program through the app. It handles simple cases fast, while still letting you drill further down, if needed. During the workout, it kept me on track with my rest periods and also tells me what weight I needed to setup next. On top of that, the developer has been pretty fast in responding to feedback. Just about everything I want. Worth giving a shot for weight based exercise.
