  • Ummmmm

    Worked great until today. Now it won’t let me log in on the app???? Can log in on the website but not the app??? 6-16-24
    Get this fixed please.

    Every week it seems there is a issue with the app. Either it tells me my face isn’t recognized, no service or there is technical issues or an error has occurred. I don’t understand this at all. My face did not change from 2 hours ago and I have phone service as well as Wi-Fi and it still won’t work. Then sometimes out of nowhere every month it seems like it logs me out of my account for no reason! I have to get help from the bank because I can’t remember my password. The app is supposed to make things easier and it’s not.

  • Mobile deposit is bad.

    They have really weird rules. Checks have a box that says for mobile deposit on the back but they make you write it out. My other bank the picture taking us automatic, here it’s manual. Not even going to try anymore. I’ve had more rejected that accepted. Just had one rejrected, already in my other bank.

  • The mobile deposit & app are both pretty wonky and not reliable

    Have consistently not been able to use the mobile app deposit as it simply does not work with my phone (iPhone 14) no matter what I do. I was able to use it a couple of times in the beginning, and never again after that even after switching phones. When you contact customer service, they seem annoyed, as if your concern or inability to use the app is an inconvenience to them.

  • Face isn’t recognized 🙄

    It keeps telling me my face isn’t recognized. My face hasn’t changed 🙄 It’s been like this a week now. Facial recognition makes it easier to log in.
  • Constant bugs

    Can’t depend on mobile deposit because it will only work half the time- they other half, the camera doesn’t work

    You all go above and beyond to help me thank you all for being such an amazing bank
  • Zelle

    Connecting to Zelle should be simple but it’s not. I had attempted to Zelle a dozen times but it sends me to the app with no success. I’m switching banks that knows how to keep up.
  • Buggy/Incomplete

    There are several issues with this app, the biggest one in my opinion is the External Transfer/Zelle feature. It just doesn’t work… or exist? If you look on the website, it tells you to access your bill pay account on the app… that’s not an option(also doesn’t seem to be something you can access from the website either), you try to access Zelle through their app/website it sends you back to the NBB mobile app.

    I’m really disappointed in the lack of accessibility to these features, hopefully it’s something NBB’s app developers can work on in the future.

  • Great resource but…

    Two things: 1. customers would greatly benefit by being able to see all accounts associated l with that customer including credit & shared accounts.
