Changing banks because of lack of tech abilities with this bank.
I am constantly hitting road blocks with this banking app. Supposed to have Zelle access but it’s no where to be found. I can’t access my credit card via the app at all. The credit card login constantly locks me out and I have to call to reset login because the system is flawed majorly. 20 years I’ve been with this bank and loyalty only goes so far I’m so far done!

The app seems to be user friendly but missing the credit card piece. It makes more sense to me to have access to the credit card account along with the checking and savings instead of a separate login.

This new system doesn’t make any sense at all. I cannot access my account - it was perfect before. Why don’t you guys leave these things alone and get rid of those techno wizard‘s that have to screw things up all the time? All I can get now is a “version history” and self-lauding about how wonderful the site is, but I never can get to my actual account.

App is awesome, mobile deposit is restrictive
The app is clean works well, but the mobile deposit is way to restrictive. It rejects over half the deposits I attempt, even if you clearly follow the directions. Secondly 1000 checks are too small of a limit for transactions. Otherwise it is a great app.
It’s pretty trash
It’s always got some sort of problem, I mean seriously at least once a week I’m always experiencing “connectivity” issues or the app is down. It’s never reliable.
PLEASE FIX EXTERNAL TRANSFERS!!!
This app is great but the entire time that I’ve had it, external transfers have never worked through the app.
Touch ID
Touch ID isn’t working anymore. If I delete the app and reload it works once, maybe twice and then stops working again. It doesn’t even give me the option to use Touch ID. I have to type in the password. This has been an ongoing issue. Otherwise the app seems to work well.
