So easy to use and so much fun.
I love having my lighting system for all of my virtual training and online meetings. It saves me so much in terms of space so I can usually attach it to my electronic standing desk and move it around the room.grantast
Have to reconnect to Wi-Fi after a few minutes use
This is frustrating. I shouldn’t expect to reset every time I use in order to be able to control the lights with my phone. But that is exactly what happens.paufergu

Needs significant improvements
Either you give us a robust app that actually works, have multiple features and user friendly or you don’t need to introduce an app which is worse than apps for many other competitors which are Chinese manufactured products.
This app is very basic and still painstakingly slow. It doesn’t establish connection for a longtime. Needs intuitive and fresh loving app to justify the price tag and the brand image.Show lessMJA-77

I never write reviews but I’ve got to right one after messing with this LIGHT for a couple of hours and let’s not forget people this is a LIGHT…WHY ON EARTH IS THIS LLLLIIGHT SO HARD TO NAVIGATE IT WILL NOT CONNECT TO THE APP AT ALL THE APP IS JUST A LOST CAUSE EVEN IF IT DID CONNECT TO THE APP THE APP LOOKS ABANDONED AND NOT AESTHETICALLY PLEASING ANYWAY…WITHOUT THE APP YOU CANT DO ANYTHING WITH IT THE LIGHT MIGHT AS WELL BE A LIGHT BULB LIGHTING UP MY WHOLE ROOM

It’s quite temperamental, one day you can use the light sometimes not- you can only switch it on with the app- not greats. When it works it’s a great lightmen swear

Sometimes one of my lights will lag when I try to turn it on and the set up through Wi-Fi can be slow and annoyingPunkQueenXoXo
Please fix connectivity problems.
Windows Desktop Control Center works fine. The iOS app worked fine too but suddenly stopped working. After it stopped working I updated the software and the lights’ firmware.
I see the app that requires a monthly subscription to control accessories has high reviews but this free app has poor reviews. I just want to control my Elgato Key Lights. Please fix.Show lessPauly Esco
