App seems useless now
Why do I need an app?
I’m happy I can use these as they are - but I shouldn’t need to use wi-fi or an app, and when I do try and connect, the light turns off and then I get an error, which prevents me from using the app.
Seems like I’m not the only user having the same issues.
I just purchased these lights as of this writing. So far not happy with Elgato’s decision, here.
In the mean time - I’m going to browse Reddit and see if I can find a solution.

So easy to use and so much fun.

Decent interface, requires occasional restart to connect to Wave Air
Needs significant improvements
This app is very basic and still painstakingly slow. It doesn’t establish connection for a longtime. Needs intuitive and fresh loving app to justify the price tag and the brand image.

What a joke to say I’m disappointed and underwhelmed is an understatement 140 quid on a light that just doesn’t work shameful elgato
