This app is awful
I’m not sure how they manage to make the app even more unusable with every update. Showing stores that apparently don’t deliver to your postcode, randomnly signing you out, deleting your delivery addresses or just flat out doing nothing when you try to pay at checkout - and it’s been exactly the same on my partners phone. We’ll never use the app again and will just order direct with the restaurants instead.Show lessTp2923
Good food but awful app
Different food options from other apps which is cool - but the app is so so clunky. Accidentally clicked Gmail login and you can’t go back so have to exit app and start again. Finish putting my address in and accidentally click on the massive live chat pop up? Have to start filling in details all over again. Feels like I’ve placed my order 4 times by the time it’s finally done. It’s like no one who works on the app has tried to use it.Show lessJoeBenno
Always inaccurate wait times
Used the app twice and once waited 3 hours for food when it said an hour, second time said 35-50 mins and it’s increased to 1.30 and counting. Not sure they communicate with the restaurants very well on how busy they are. Also my driver always seems to “arrive” according to the app but the wait time doesn’t increase? Not sure how they communicate when they are sending someone and how they time that with the food but think this defo needs to be improvedShow lesscmsarie
The best delivery service
I have been using GoGetters for a while now and can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience. The drivers are always friendly and polite. There is a great selection of local businesses on the app and it’s very simple to use.Kao 86
Amazing service and app!
We have been waiting for a delivery service where we live forages. The first Tim we used it (just started up), was a bit slow. Well, obviously teething troubles, well fixed. The app is so easy to use, we order mid afternoon (the app allows you to pre-order for when the restaurant opens) and hey presto, first in the queue. Easy to navigate, fast to use, great choice of takeaways. Well recommended!Show lessneilmong
Excellent service. Better than the rest
I’ve used Gogetters near the very start and I’ve been pleased every time we’ve ordered something. App is so easy to use plus all the staff are so friendly. Love the idea of supporting local, helps the small independent companies out and they’ve got so many to choose from.Curtis 842
Delivered for GoGetters
I worked for the company delivering food for 3 months at the end of lockdown because I needed some extra cash. It was so convenient, every shift ran smoothly, the other drivers I met at restaurants were lovely and the team in the office at the other end of the phone were so supportive and friendly.
Any time I needed help the office were available immediately, everyone I spoke to was efficient, relaxed and professional. I felt part of a very cool, upcoming team. Everyone involved in the company, cared. It was a pleasure to be part of for a small time. I would highly recommend working for this company & using their services.Show lessscbrownie
Good Idea- getting there
Just made one order so far. I found the system very unclear as it wasn’t possible to request a delivery time-slot through the app. without sending a message to Go-Getters staff. They responded promptly saying the food was on its way but even so, I had to wait a further half-hour.
The system depends on the restaurant making the food being in a position to have it ready for the Go-Getter driver, and I appreciate that things can go wrong here, as they seem to have done in my case.
But the Go-Getter staff followed up my complaint courteously and offered a credit note, so my initial uncharitable thoughts about the rating have now been revised! I look forward to the next occasion.Show lessDevi1

GoGetters are by far the best around. Food is always piping hot and their drivers are always really friendly. When the place I had ordered from one night were overly busy, I was contacted to say there would be a delay and was offered either a refund or to place an order with somewhere else. Excellent delivery company
Gogetters have made many takeaway deliveries to us and each time the delivery has been on time and all correct.
The delivery agent has always been very friendly and engaging and you don’t always get that with other takeaway delivery companies.MightyBish
