Amazing
Company does exactly what is says on the tin, however what really stands out to me is the culture the staff seem to adopt. All of them are super friendly, and always have a nice chat while doing their job effectively, very refreshing to see within an industry with time constraints!

Love love love Go Getters. My parents live rurally but near a big town and Go Getters are always delivering out and making sure the food gets there hot too! Personal and Professional
The first time I used this site was when storm Dudley and Eunice were wreaking havoc. Understandably restaurants closed early, but the one I chose had not activated the “early closure” notice on the recently LIVE GoGetter site. The driver found the restaurant closed when he went to collect the food, and notified HQ who rang me immediately and sincerely apologised, refunded my order with a little extra as an apology, and the driver waited for me to place another order and delivered it speedily. The next day the restaurant called to apologise and offered their own apology gift. Completely understandable teething problem that was handled personally and professionally and left me feeling valued and well fed. I am looking forward to my next order.Show lessSchmooiSue

There was an item missing from my order, I used the live chat to tell them. 30 seconds after messaging through the app, I received a phone call saying that they had contacted the restaurant and my missing order was on its way.

Consistently good service, delivery drivers are always friendly and prompt and their in app support team are excellent!
