Extremely Glitchy
The app has potential, but they have got to get the glitches straightened out. You can’t talk and view calendar at the same time, sometimes the phone will continue to ring after all is picked up, sometimes you’re unable to dial, and other times people you call can hear you. Fix this ASAP!
It’s like getting a new car, going to drive, and the car doesn’t have an engine.
I cannot stress enough how frustrating this genius, but very poorly produced app is. Our law firm has used this app since even before the pandemic and we have not once had a call be transferred seamlessly. Calls will either be dropped mid-answer, won’t connect, won’t transfer, or the app will crash entirely in the middle of a call. Every update they release we EAGERLY process hoping to god they have finally figured out the simplest of expectations for a phone application and every time we are surely disappointed. We want to love this app, but I would use walkie talkies over this app if the firm would let me. It’s that frustrating.

Needs work
If switching screens while on a call through the app to (for example) view my calendar, it puts the call in hold, but the call cannot be taken off hold, so I have to hang up and call back.

This is the worst app I have ever used. You cannot text while making a phone cal. If a second call comes in your original called drops, the speakerphone option is extremely clunky as you cannot activate this until the call connects and then it asks you if you want speaker phone or AirPlay which means you lose the first 30 seconds of the conversation. Even when the call connects to the speakerphone it vacillates between speaker and the actual phone it never stays on one option. This app does not work with Siri so everything has to be done by hand which is a major flaw. ByIt takes hours for texts to populate on the phone even though I have my notifications set the push I have to log into the server to see what’s going on which is a major problem. And lastly there is no ringer with any of this. The phone doesn’t ring nothing alerts me when a text comes in it’s a major flaw and I’m not the only one that has this problem if you go on Cytracom is in ternal I hope site you’ll see the room many people experience this problem.

Glitchy, drops calls, won’t pickup transfers, voicemail times out, bad call quality. Worthless app.
If you haven’t logged in in a while...
It seems to lose connection and I stop receiving notifications if I don’t open the app once in a while.
