Unproductive
App continues to be plagued with issues. Most obnoxious are the fake calls constantly coming through.
Texting Subpar, everything is good
Receiving texts has constant glitches. Most times, texts do not show up until I open the app and refresh. Notifications for texts don’t work and I have check to make sure I have them on. Notifications on Apple Watch doesn’t work well either. I used to use RingCentral and loved the app and it always worked well. Never missed a call or text. I can’t say the same for Cytracom. I wish our company stayed with RingCentral instead. This app is how almost half our staff communicate. Other than that, phone calls mostly come through and sound is good. There is no way to add Cytracom specific contacts to keep business separate from personal. I guess they didn’t think that through well enough.

I usually can work around a buggy app but I have 2 words for my recent experiences...
GHOST CALLS!!!
I can not even see my recent calls from the past hour or two because each time I open the app to check something, I get about 15-20 calls in a row from random numbers which look like extensions within 5 minutes!
If I didn’t need to use it for work, I would trash the mobile app and my desk phone just for good measure smh...

Update/No update
Really like the app but you guys have to get on this ASAP. The update notification comes up on every call and it’s frustrating to have to click cancel every time. Certain times a call doesn’t fully come in because of this and drops. I’m not in the business to have any calls dropped
App update prompt
This is very annoying. It keeps popping up to the point where it glitches the app if you have a call and want to transfer. It also conflicts with my music, because it usually resumes when you end a regular call, but with the app it says a weird message.

App still receives calls when logged out. Very inconvenient when people call and you are not working when it’s 3 am. Multiple glitches. Have to log out and close app frequently.
New update?
My coworkers and I keep receiving a pop up when opening the app to update and there is no update for the iPhone. It’s very frustrating.
Buggy and unreliable
We use Cytracom for our in office telephony system and while their phones are good the the app is just all over the place as far as functionality. Som days it keeps me logged in all day, some days it’s a fight to stay logged in. Lately it doesn’t hang up a call, I have have quit the app. Voice quality is hit or miss as well. Like most apps good intentions bad execution.
