New update is glitchy ://
You can no longer exit the app during rest periods, otherwise the timer stops counting down for some reason. When you move a workout in your calendar it is also not showing up on your dashboard. Iโve also had to restart the app multiple times now to get my program to even show up on my dashboard.
Love the workouts but the new interface is very glitchy and needs bug fixes to make it as smooth as the old one ://

Thanks for your review, we're pleased you've loved the app! Following community feedback our team have made changes to the functionality of the rest timer so the rest timer now continues if temporarily leaving the app. You should now be able to see your completed workouts marked as complete in both the weekly planner and dashboard. We've also released further updates in the latest version 8.1.3 to improve the overall experience.

Canโt add single exercise to calendar
Just updated the app and Canโt add single exercise to calendar .
It will be really helpful if you can fix this bug, so people can add the exercises to the calendar while browsing them and come back to train later.

Worst UX for an app

Update Messed everything up
Canโt move workout to another day as it completely disappears. It disappears from the program and the dayโฆ
Iโm BEYOND disappointedโฆ got to the gym to start my workout just to find out that it is GONE.
