Amazing!!!
This app is amazing. They have thought of everything. I have a brain injury so I forget quite frequently. I’m still exploring the app so bear with me. This app allows you to make notes, delete or add reps, records days of the week you work out, look back on previous workouts, and it does a lot more you just have to experience it for yourself. Oh and it has tons of information, from meal plans to nutrition. Another thing I like is all the different types of trainers. I can switching up my workouts from Pilates to weightlifting. I have had this app for almost a year and haven’t had any problems with it glitching or the service down. I have recommended this app to tons of people. 🤗 good job!! ❤️Show lessLife changing!
Juice and Toya are truly passionate about what they do, and it shows. This app has been artfully put together to provide a world of options for working on fitness and strength. I’ve been using the app for 7 weeks now. I started with the 4 week Summer Ready ‘24 challenge and am now doing the 6 week Dumbbell challenge. I was already fairly fit and healthy before, but using J&T’s app has helped me step it up where I have been feeling stronger, leaner, sleeping better, and fitting into my clothes better! I love the impressive menu of different workout options on this app, and the challenges are well thought out programs. I also appreciate how they’ve balanced these with mobility and stretching videos and supportive info regarding diet and motivation etc. The progress tracking and logging features are great to have, though I am personally yet to explore using those. J&T are also great at responding to the messages. I have a feeling I’ll be using their app long term.Show lessAbsolutely love the convenience of this app!
I have been using the app now for almost 5 weeks and I love it! I joined so I could do workouts from Shaina Fata, whom I have followed on Instagram for a few years now. I have also found two of my favorite yogi’s, Kayla Nielsen and Kerri Verna on the app as well! Literally everything I need and enjoy on one app! Shaina’s strength workouts always keep me coming back I am already having great progress! Kayla’s yoga classes are everything I need and more. Her and her practice have inspired me for years. My first fitness love is Pilates and Kerri has me covered there. Plus I can log and track everything right on the app! Seriously the best app out there. Hands down!Show less
