  • Go back to old countdown clock

    The previous version was better in how it displayed how much time is left. New one has way too small a font. Connection at the start is different but doesn’t really supply anything new. Increasing intensity was on the same page as the countdown clock and was pretty easy to navigate.
  • App stuck on loading page

    Whenever I use the app, the app will do the countdown and be stuck at 0 and never start. Power cycling does not help and it is extremely frustrating having to spend many straight minutes of continuously unplugging the device and trying again
    Also the battery gives zero indication of when it is near low power

  • Decent

    The app needs a way to assess the battery charge status when not currently being used for a treatment session. It is so annoying to be prepped and ready to start a session and have the app tell you the battery is too low. Very frustrating!!! Otherwise, it seems to be working fine without issues.
  • Shuts down

    First the 24hour clock is not effective. I use my device every night before bed, if I’m late one night I have to go to bed late every night.
    MOST ANNOYING is now 3 weeks in the app just shuts down. The devise is trying to connect to Bluetooth, it goes through the entire countdown, at zero the session should start but the app shuts down and I’m left staring at my Home Screen. Third night in a row now.
    I’ve attempted chat help, escalated to IT after 2nd failed night. Still no resolution.

    I’d dissatisfied with the app and the device at this point. As a nurse I was really excited about this, but I cannot recommend a product that doesn’t perform as stated.

  • Beware of hidden costs

    It’s not only $750. Every 3 months you are required to replace the mouthpiece and every year the controls unit.
  • Great for a medical device

    Multiple updates but much better than competitors
  • Very buggy, possibly unusable

    First the app wouldn’t allow me to finish setting up my account, it got stuck on the screen where I enter my weight. It simply wouldn’t allow me to hit the next button to proceed. Had this issue multiple times, eventually exited out and reinstalled app to proceed.

    Next problem was that I couldn’t receive a verification code to setup my device. I received an error saying my email address wasn’t in the data base, so I had to contact customer support for a verification code to proceed.

    Next problem was when I tried to do my first session. I received an endless loading screen when trying to connect to the device. It said device found, but the connecting screen went on forever (I gave it 10-minutes, and eventually the device light stopped blinking).

    I’m yet to get this device working… but so far I am not happy with spending over $700 for this experience

  • Easy

    Easy to use and appreciate the app enhancements over time. Keep it coming!
  • Can’t setup a profile

    iOS 15.0.2 installed app on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. Got my new device and attempted to setup a profile on the app. Can’t get past the enter weight section. Can select weight but when clicking the next button nothing happens.
  • Can’t get started

    Just arrived, app won’t let me get past weight entry. Too frustrating, unnecessarily. Read the other reviews. Not a good value.
