  • App needs work

    The app for me does not work at all while connected to Wi-Fi, I have to disable Wi-Fi and use the app only while connected to the LTE. 🤯Never had to do this for an app before. ???
  • I hope it gets better

    I’m on Day 4 off my therapy, but the app won’t let me use the device. For some odd reason, it says that I’ve already completed a session today and have to wait three hours. It also shows that I missed yesterday’s session. None of that is true. I started three days ago and haven’t missed once, nor have I done anything today yet. I had just sat down to start, but now it won’t let me use the device until tomorrow. For something as expensive as this, this should not be happening. Quite disappointed!! It better not screw up again!

  • Terrible app

    For such an expensive device, the app functionality is terrible. It just fully stopped working and the support team has refused to follow up with me. You can't use the device without the app, and so this is a waste of money.
  • Worthless app.

    Totally unreliable, it doesn’t keep track on your sessions the data disappear all of sudden never to appear again. Support line is a joke, tried several times to get help without result. The only thing the recommended is the “old” uninstall and reinstall again” without offering a solution. The only think I can say is to keep track of your treatments as this app won’t.

  • Trouble getting started

    The app (which you need to get the ExciteOSA device started) is very difficult to get through. Continue button won’t work. Submit email to get 6 digit password won’t go through because keyboard won’t get out of way to submit request. Ugghhh!
  • Myofunctional therapy made easy?

    Excited to begin my 6 week trial tomorrow.
