Great company terrible app
Pet scanner is great, cheap and reliable. The app itself is awful, pictures have uploaded sideways cannot delete or upload a different photo. Constantly crashing and is in need of a serious update.jaz3379
Not actually a scanner
The app itself isn’t a scanner, despite what the description says. You have to purchase a separate Bluetooth device at £19.99.
I haven’t, but I couldn’t even search. iPhone X, iOS 13.4.1, search radius measurement is way off, my house to the end of my street is 300m, the largest search area is 2.5km and the indicated search circle didn’t reach the end of my street. It might be a search circumference, but it’s not a radius, not even a diameter.

Keeps crashing
Managed to scan one cat. Eventually added her details after the app crashed 3 times once I pressed ‘I am the owner’. Couldn’t get the app to pair up with the scanner for more than 3 seconds after that so haven’t been able to add the 2nd cat.
