App does a great job at what it promises to do
If there was anything I would add to it, it would be a section that shows the actual runtime of the unit. I heat and cool my garage as it is my work shop. I just insulated and drywalled it and when I turned the 12,000BTU unit on it took only 20 minutes to reach the set point. What would be nice, is to know how often in 24 hours the unit ran to keep that set point. One other thing that might be a nice addition, is the ability to see what the relative humidity is. When using the app in “Dry” mode, you don’t have any idea what the humidity level is.

Temperature adjustment
Please provide an up or down arrow to adjust temperature up or down. The dial in the app is difficult to adjust
No Alexa or IFTTT integration?
Can we please get Alexa, IFTTT and maybe Siri Shortcuts integration please. Apple HomeKit would be great as well. Thanks
Heavy bugs . On and off issue
Timer issue is terrible . Been using this for the growing operation and has lost a lot of income and products quality dues to timer issue.
Has potential
Please add Alexa integration as this is becoming pretty standard on decent heat pumps . It would be nice to be able to tell Alexa to turn up or down the heat or up or down the AC and turn the unit on/off as well as control the Mode and Fan speed /Swing . This would really make the module more useful .

Works Great, but Limited...
Fairly easy to setup and adjust settings. I just really wish you could setup rooms with multiple splits and just have one control for that room. Would LOVE to see integration with Apple’s HomeKit, that alone would probably make it 5 stars.
Won’t even let me sign in/register
Got a new mini split and thought it would be cool to hookup the smart kit to it. Downloaded the app and tried to register and it says operation failed. Went online to register through the website and uninstalled the app and tried to login and still popped up oplication failed.
App has bugs.
I’ve tried the schedule on/off timer but it dose nothing I’ve also tired to share the same unit with my wife and that does not work, this app needs an update ASAP.
Keeps disconnecting my units
In theory this is as great app but when you have three units and have to reconnect them all multiple times per week it’s pretty useless. Example- I knew I was staying out last night. Connected all three units before I left. This morning on the way home I go to turn the heat on remotely and only one of them is still online. It’s crazy.
The scheduling tool works well when the devices stay online, but again it’s just spotty.
If they improve connectivity, I’d give it way more stars.

Purchased for 5 zone 4 ton
Just what I hoped for in mobile functionality. Easy to set up, very reliable, does more than I need it to including arranging all schedules of operation for all 4 zones separately. Would be nice to have one page summarizing status of all 4 zones. Was amazed that I could run status diagnostics on every zone from my phone including 104 status tests!! Wow
