College student here. The app works if you follow its instructions and set it up correctly. I am fond of tje convenience the Wepa Express feature. It seems like everyone else is a mongrel and it reflects in their views.scibustrr
Had a great experience
The printer at my last school was incredibly arduous, you had to type your entire school email and password on a crappy touch screen and it was painful.
This app made it really easy! I took a star off for only allowing you to load $5 minimum, but otherwise the process was pretty seamless. just log in to your school, use apple pay or paypal to load, upload files and tap.Show lessJesseeeeeeec
Worst app ive ever used
Extremely difficult to use, makes you deposit a minimum of $5 even though printing job was only 80 cents. Total scam and confusing to use. Will never use this app again even if i need things printed.ayobrub
Horrible payment system
Needed to print 13 cents worth of paper and the minimum deposit is $5, so I went and found somewhere to just pay what I needed to. Nobody needs $5 in printing credits, just allow Apple Pay to be usedFfffussSsgknbc. Chu
Terrible app
Takes far too long to log in and access what you want to print making something that should be less than 5 minutes often take 10+ by virtue of having to navigate through several different obstacles. There’s a lot of other issues as well, use a student card it? It wont recognize it half the time. Want to sign in quickly using the express mode? It won’t work half the time. Downloaded a file and attempting to print it? Well it will show you you haven’t downloaded it. All the inconveniences and extra cost associated make this app useless for anyone who isn’t forced to use it. On top of that customer support is inadequate at best.Show lessShockaree
Easy to use, very efficient
Honestly when I first saw the ratings on this app, I was scared to download it because all I saw were complaints. But after I used it once, my experience was great. It was easy to upload the documents I needed to print urgently onto the cloud, and I LOVE the rocket printing option which makes the process so much faster. Just scanning the NFC tag automatically starts the printing process when I’m at a machine. I honestly think the reason why the ratings are so low is because people only tend to leave reviews when they encounter issues, whereas 80-90% of people that have a smooth experience don’t bother as the app is just functioning as promised. Nonetheless, do not get intimidated by the low rating, the UI of the app was very user friendly and the process is super efficient!Show lessftfsuperbowl
Avoid
They are awful. Everything about wepa is awful. If you thought a home network printer is frustrating, wepa makes that look like child's play. It is truly the spawn of satan. It also costs a stupid amount of money to print paper, capitalizing on college kids who cant bring a printer to campus. I enjoy pouring orange juice into any wepa printer I see, not only for revenge but because they never work anyway.Show lessBig slappy not happy
Buy a printer instead
Spending hundreds on a printer and paper and ink might honestly save you money. It forces you to spend more money than you need to. I was $0.20 short and the lowest amount of money I could transfer to the account was $5. Over the last 4 years I’ve wasted so much money and paper with how poorly this was designed. Terribly made and prone to glitches
I don’t now what’s possessed so many institutions to start using this app, but it’s a terrible decision. The app is poorly made and even when it (rarely) works correctly it is inconvenient. If you can avoid it, please do!kam5733
