Pretty & helpful!
I like Flora a lot! I wanted some small way to reward myself for staying off my phone, and getting to choose a flower/plant to add to a my garden (or getting the surprise of unlocking a new flower!) is the perfect little free dopamine reward.
I say free because new virtual plants don’t cost any money. I believe the real trees do cost money—understandably, since they’re a real physical item and what seems like a great initiative!—though I haven’t used that mode so I can’t attest to it. However, I DID pay for a new extra “tour” which was available as an in-app purchase (something I rarely spend money on), because it was inexpensive and I knew it would keep me using the app to unlock all the new plants!
I do wish I could figure out a way to get a timer or notification to ding to specifically tell me my allocated time has been reached, because I often want to work on something for JUST 30 minutes, no more. I find Flora sends me a number of notifications during a growing period, making it fairly unclear as to when I’ve actually hit my time.
Other than that and a few quibbles about the to-do list structure (which I’ve decided is better left to other apps), Flora is pretty ideal! I highly recommend installing it as a widget, because seeing your garden on your home screen is a nice incentive to add more flowers and plants, and also a nice way to remind yourself of your past success!Show lessElectraSoap
Unbelievable app🩷🩷
This app definitely helps to keep tabs on love ones and family members but the work of such tracking apps is usually limited because you always need to access the device you want to keep tabs on in order for the tracking app to work effectively. My question is if i can access the device i want to hack, why would I need it hacked? But i understand we hack devices due to different intentions and to recover some information that must have been deleted or kept from being easily seen, the device will be required to be cloned. Being unfaithful gives rise to a whole lot of issues and situations that might be very difficult to cope with if you don't have an account of what is really going down with your partner when you are not together. If you keep getting these signs it's most likely to be true your partner is cheating. That's not the end of life anyway, you can make a choice that suits you and be to your advantage for something like that to never repeat itself. exactly what you’re looking for
something to focus. something to plan. able to collaborate and support your friends, growing trees together. OPTION to support the wondrous cause of replenishing the earth all while also being able to hold yourself to REAL accountability. the concept is phenomenal and you really have to try yourself. it’s simple. it doesn’t have all the unnecessary extra things, and it doesn’t hound you to pay for subscriptions or add-ons, but you’ll probably end up loving the app and its mission so much you’ll want to help yourself more and them. The message from Flora is clear. Flora wants to help not only YOU succeed, they want to help the planet. The app is admirable and definitely worth exploring if you NEED more accountability and focus. The most difficult thing for me was just OPENing the app and FOCUSing. it’s just you. just use the app, focus and make your dreams come true. if I can do it, so can YOU.
