Terrible app
This app is absolutely terrible; the only reason I got it was for school, so if you are a university student reading this you should probably try to find somewhere else to print. The only way to pay (that worked) was with a credit card, which costs an extra 40 cents. So, yes, I had to pay 64 cents to print 3 pages. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS APP!!!Show lessRockyRapids23

Used to be better
I’ve not had troubles with this app before but recently the connectivity is just getting worse. Today I was trying to upload a document to print and the app just wouldn’t stop loading no matter how much I refreshed or reopened the app or switched from data to WiFi. Can’t Upload Anything
It is stuck forever loading and when I try to upload a file it says it failed. I’ve tried on multiple devices. This used to be a good app..... what happened?shelbyylinn
Failed to Upload!
Failing to upload a simple document that would’ve been possible to upload last year. And I’ve been stuck looking at the water loading things after clicking multiple actions. This company is garbage
When trying to upload documents they didn’t even show a print preview, that’s all the confirmation I needed to know this company screwed up this app tooTeam Waffle
Works but glitches
The app does its basic job: its prints files stored in various Cloud services and on my phone through wireless connection to said phone. With that, the app is a hot mess of bugs, interface flaws, and ugly designs that has an unpleasant “Our High School Coding Project” vibe to it. Some of the issues are as follows:
- pages of the app don’t fit into my phone’s (iPhone 7) screen; the text just goes through the right edge;
- page with cloud service sign-in (like Google Drive) starts jittering and jerking once I attempt to move the cursor along the text;
- the ugly, ugly mask that pops out alongside dialogue windows;
- the significant time required for the machine to recognize my credentials and sign me in;

Aweful
The old app was much better. With my first installation of this app, it did not allowed me to upload a file to print. With the second installation, the app never loads fully. There is an icon that just spins indicating that the software is loading. I want the old app that worked!NATURALDO
