Does not make printing easier
I have to delete and redownload the app every time I want to get something ready to print because for some reason if I want to print more than once it will always fail to load the second thing I want to print or fail to load the app entirely m. Not to mention it says you can pay by Venmo and then when I go to print it out there’s no option to use it, so I wasted $5 on this stupid app.Show less-quiser-
Great App I Depend On
I have no idea why this has 2 stars. This app works pretty well! I highly highly highly recommend using some random credit card of yours at the WEPA station linking it to your account. It’s so fast and you can upload it all at home and it’ll be ready for you at school with a quick swipe of your card. With Apple Pay accepted, adding a balance is super easy as well.Show lessHi I'm Jordan
Faulty & Buggy
Deleting it after an hour of trying to use it because...
- when I added what I wanted to print to the cart on the app, it loaded for a full minute then it disappeared because it failed to load the file (even when I restarted my phone, used WiFi/data, one page/all the pages)
- when I tried to go to contact support all it allowed me to do was look at the past data
- since the app wasn’t working I used the actual Wepa device & signed in & the page orientation was way off when I was trying to print something. It looked like 2inch margins. (even when I changed the orientation on google docs itself to try and match up to the faulty device, it wouldn’t change)

I will say that I appreciate that it allows you to take documents from files, google drive, & photos. As well as it allows you to add balance to your account. However, I couldn’t get these functions to work, but if I did, it could be a great app.Show lessCocoaloatte

Not helpful
Utterly useles; the online printing setup annoys me and takes too long to set up and use as is—the app just makes it worse.
It gives me no option to print when I upload a document, and when I open the “tutorial: using NFC station” link, all it shows me is a brief animation of a phone being held up to the printer with a ‘ready to print’ screen pulled up—no instructions on how to get to that screen, no instructions period.Show lessElly101

Cannot Connect to any printer, nothing updates correctly
This app is incredibly buggy. When the old app prompted to download a new version I was hopeful that WEPA would finally have a good app, but its actually so much worse. Not useful, couldn’t print even if I wanted tocearhart275
Login
Don’t launch a new app for your company if you have not gone through all the possible bugs that could be with the app. You could’ve run test runs.
The app does not let me log in through the school credential. When I log in, the app just goes back to the start page saying that I should log in again.Show lessidkikdid
Doesn’t show WEPA info
Would appreciate it being more like the website that shows a list of the WEPA stations nearby with location info including what floor and building. Love the login with the phone!Honkinglikeaswan
